Then our Cottage is perfect for you - in your holiday kingdom, which you don't have to share with anyone! In the far southeast of Italy, in Salento, in the midst of a green oasis away from the tourist crowds, in the town of San Vito dei Normanni between Bari and Brindisi. Here you will find everything that makes a relaxing and unique vacation. Whether you choose a day at the beach or want to take a trip to the numerous attractions and points of interest. Our cottage offers you the perfect starting point.

Our vacation home belongs to the municipality of San Vito dei Normanni. The cottage is a detached house with 90 sqm of living space, 1,800 sqm fenced property, terrace, garden, and a flat roof with a rooftop terrace. So you can enjoy absolute peace and privacy! 4 people can be accommodated in 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen, 3 bathrooms - two inside the house, one outside with cold water shower. An additional bed for small children can be added. You also have a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining room, a comfortable living room, and a modern bathroom with bidet. A washing machine is also available. There is a barbecue, Wi-Fi connection, and TV, doors, and windows protected by mosquito nets. Outside you will also find a separate shower with cold water, as well as a separate toilet with sink. Equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans. It was completely renovated in 2011 and 2018.

EQUIPMENT AND SERVICE

Inside our cottage, we offer numerous services for an unforgettable and enjoyable vacation. The house is fully equipped. Towels, hairdryer, and bed linen are provided. All you have to do is enjoy your vacation. After departure, the house will be cleaned by our staff, as well as towels and bed linen. In the kitchen, you will also find pots, pans, dishes, kitchen utensils, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishcloths, and iron/ironing board. You can safely park in the private parking lot in front of the house.

LOCATION AND DISTANCE

The Cottage belongs to the municipality of San Vito dei Normanni, a small town in Salento, about 9 km from the Adriatic coast, and has a lot to offer in terms of culture and cuisine. In addition to the medieval historic center with its churches, it offers a weekly market with regional typical products such as cheese, olives, or pasta.

Distance from Brindisi airport is about half an hour by car, it takes about 1 hour to reach Bari. Shops, supermarkets, doctors, or an ATM can be found in nearby San Vito dei Normanni (a few minutes by car).

CLIMATE AND TRAVEL TIME

Puglia is warm and sunny in spring with temperatures in April reaching 20°C. Summer lasts from May to late September, with temperatures reaching 30°C and above in July and August. Rain is rare in Puglia, and the sea warms wonderfully up to 25°C. It stays warm until autumn, and only in December does the temperature drop below 20°C. Winter months remain mild with temperatures ranging from 12°C to 15°C, but it can rain here and there.

PUGLIA

From Gargano on the spur of the Italian boot, Puglia stretches along the Adriatic and Ionian Sea to the heel of the boot. Bright sunshine and crystal-clear water are abundant thanks to the long summer and over 800 km of coastline. It would be a shame to only spend the holidays by the sea! Active cycling or hiking holidays, horseback riding, and/or cultural trips in the city are just as possible as shopping tours in small boutiques or outlets: Puglia offers the right place for every vacation desire.
