Description

Corte Trullo Sovrano, inserted in the monumental complex of the Trullo Sovrano, located in the center and surrounded by the scents of the Apulian countryside, will make your stay unforgettable, guaranteeing the elegance and hospitality that only this magical land can give.

The structure has three dwellings all in stone and with an independent bathroom. The first named Suite consists of three rooms of which the entrance with an ancient Trullo from the 1600s, also accessible by disabled people. The second dwelling called Corte consists of two rooms from the 1800s and the third mansion called Mansarda consisting of a room with a wooden roof, all finely restored and furnished overlooking the equipped garden to let yourself be pampered by the delicacies of the Dulcis pastry shop. breakfast. From here extends a large organic garden that can be enjoyed every season offering delicious local fruits and vegetables. In the shade of the gazebo and of the centuries-old olive tree, a catering space is set up to taste the dishes of the Evo restaurant, where you can taste the best Apulian dishes accompanied by a good DOC wine of the territory.

Breakfast is prepared with high quality ingredients and without colorants and conservants. It is possible to choose between different baked products, including the fragrant croissants with sourdough and with different fillings. On request we can serve fresh fruit salad, yogurt, ham and cheese toast, tasty friselle with fresh tomatoes. When booking, you can express your preferences and any food intolerances. Thanks to the Dulcis internal bar, you can choose your favorite beverages from a wide range of coffees, infusions, teas and juices. Everything is comfortably served at the tables in the inner room or in the garden.

It is possible to buy only the overnight stay if you are not interested in the breakfast service.

Corte Trullo Sovrano is born thanks to the fusion of hospitality with two great passions: pastry and cooking. After having attended very high quality training courses at the Eccelsa Institute, Margherita and her son Gianvito decide to give new light and life to some historical environments of the Trullo Sovrano complex. After a careful renovation of the rooms, in 2015 three new realities are born that work together in synergy (Pastry, Restaurant and B&B) to offer their guests a complete, unique and unforgettable experience. However deep and precise the best descriptions may be, only the experience of living in our places can give you the pleasure of discovering colors, scents and flavors that only our land is able to give.

Beautiful and very characteristic trullo. The double room is very large and tastefully furnished. The bathroom is very nice and equipped with a complete courtesy kit. The lady who welcomed us was very kind. Great location for visiting Alberobello. I recommend it.

The establishment is very charming at the top of a small staircase. It was very clean, cosy and the breakfast was very good. Large, secure parking for our car. Well located for visiting the city on foot, it was perfect. Note that the room is located above the courtyard of a small restaurant. This did not bother us, but you have to take into account that there can be some discussions until around 11 pm. It was a very good place to stay!

A big thank you to the sweet and magical biscuit maker Margherita. The property consists of a café, an exclusive restaurant, and some high-level trullis. It is centrally located and yet very quiet. Recently renovated, we were assigned the attic, very spacious and comfortable, the bathroom with a large shower and window. Super breakfast with very fresh products and fresh fruit. Excellent value for money. If you can spend a little more, choose to have dinner in their restaurant too, gourmet cuisine with excellent local flavor proposals that in summer is served in the garden. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Great location, a few minutes walk from the center. Clean, nice structure. There are 2 trulli and an attic. We stayed in the latter. Comfortable, clean. Breakfast directly in the pastry shop of the very courteous owners. We also had lunch in their restaurant that won an episode of Alessandro Borghese's program, a very positive experience. I would definitely come back in the future.

The trullo is nice, but not to the extent of costing 175 euros per night. For that amount, I expect much more. It was a whim since we had the Holiday bonus to use; otherwise, I wouldn't have paid that amount out of my own pocket. That said, I want to praise the extreme kindness and continuous availability of the managers, who have fulfilled every request and have given us, considering our early departure in the morning, the takeaway breakfast.
