Located in a quiet semi-central area of Altamura, outside the restricted traffic zone and well-served by shops and essential services, the property is only 450 meters from the charming historic center. Its location makes it easy to reach the main attractions of the city, including the majestic Federiciana Cathedral, the Mercadante Theater, and the characteristic stone courtyards that reveal the city’s most authentic spirit. The apartment is easily accessible by car and public transport, with convenient free parking nearby.

The accommodation is a thoughtfully furnished, spacious, and functional apartment, perfect for couples, families, and small groups. It includes two large bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a dining area enhanced by the presence of a piano, and a relaxation area designed for quiet moments and socializing. It can comfortably accommodate up to five adults, with the option to add a child, ensuring balanced and comfortable spaces for all types of stays.

Guests have access to the entire apartment; the bedrooms are made available according to the number of guests booked.
