The property features three double rooms, each with a private bathroom, fresh linens, towels, and hygiene products, all meticulously arranged to ensure maximum comfort. To maintain the serene atmosphere, there are no televisions in the rooms, encouraging guests to rediscover the beauty of silence and simplicity.

Each room has its own independent entrance with direct access to the garden, where various relaxation areas allow guests to enjoy the surrounding greenery. An outdoor shower is also available, perfect for the warmer months. The entire property is fenced and warmly welcomes four-legged friends, providing them with safe and open spaces.

Casa Ventuno is ideally located for exploring the lower Salento region: the historic centers of Tricase, Alessano, and Tiggiano are just three kilometers away, while the stunning natural pools of Marina Serra can be reached in only ten minutes. With just a few more kilometers, you can also access the enchanting sandy beaches along the Ionian coast, perfect for experiencing the most authentic sea that Puglia has to offer.

We had an excellent stay with Naïma and Francesco. The place is charming, the nature lush and the room very cozy. We had an external mishap during our stay, and Naïma and Francesco were very attentive and helpful. We thank them warmly and recommend Casa Ventuno without hesitation.

If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful refuge, you should pay a visit to Naima and Francesco. Their house is located just outside Tricase in Salento next to a green field full of beautiful red flowers, especially now in the middle of the blooming season. This is a special place run by two very special people who will share with you their love for nature and for the region. This sense of love is palpable and you will feel it in the air the moment you step into this house. The garden in front of the house is the place where you will most likely spend time in quiet contemplation and meet their cats and chickens that are the new residents of this property. You will disconnect from the real world and find yourself in another reality that will fill you with quiet joy and happiness. And of course, there is the gorgeous sea which is just several minutes away from the house by car. The rocky beaches along the Adriatic coast are truly unforgettable. Come to Casa Ventuno and you will feel Salento in a different way!
