This 50 m² accommodation consists of a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, perfect for accommodating up to 4 people.

You can enjoy extra amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a TV for your leisure time. Additionally, just 5 meters away from the apartment, you will find a coin-operated laundry for your cleaning needs.

In the surrounding area, within a radius of 100-200 meters, you will have access to a supermarket (Conad), several bars, and a selection of pizzerias and trattorias to delight your palate. Don't forget to visit the charming farms in the area, which offer a unique experience.

Street parking is free, and pets are allowed upon request.

The Wi-Fi connection is also ideal for video calls with your loved ones. Furthermore, you will find homemade products at the property to make your stay even more special.

If you wish to explore the surroundings by bike, one can be provided upon request. Finally, the property offers a secure storage for motorcycles and bicycles.
