Grandma's House in the center of beautiful Ostuni, the white city, equipped with every comfort to accommodate up to 4 people.

This accommodation evokes the atmosphere of southern Italy, with bright and welcoming rooms featuring vaulted ceilings and frescoes on the walls, vintage furnishings from Grandma's house with a touch of modernity, yet all in a familiar atmosphere, just like staying at your own grandmother's.

Just steps from the square (700 meters, or just 3 minutes), it allows you to easily explore Ostuni and its historic center on foot, yet is also located in a quiet area.

The 80 square meter apartment is on the first floor with independent access from the street; 15 stairs with handrails on the wall provide access to the entire floor.

The apartment is strategically located in the town, above a pharmacy, close to bars, supermarkets, and bakeries. It is 20 meters from the municipal park, 50 meters from the square and the historic center, and 20 meters from the shopping area.

The house, featuring typical local architecture with star-shaped vaults, evokes the emotions of a timeless land, tied to the family's roots, as evidenced by the vintage furnishings with a modern touch on the stylistic details that evoke a vibrant play of colors.

The apartment with its small balcony overlooks the main road. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with both paid and free parking.

The house is a spacious, single-level solution designed to offer maximum relaxation and comfort with practical and functional spaces:
• LIVING AREA: DINING ROOM/LIVING ROOM with dining table, sofa with armchairs, TV, and sideboard.

• KITCHEN CORNER equipped with a four-burner stove, electric kettle, oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, dishes and kitchen utensils.

• SLEEPING AREA: two double bedrooms with wardrobes.

• BATHROOM with toilet, shower stall, and bidet shower.

• LAUNDRY ROOM equipped with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and drying rack.

Guests have access to:

• UNICO air conditioning and heat pump in the dining room;
• Towels and bed linens;
• Shampoo and shower gel, hairdryer;
• City map;
• Ashtrays on the balcony (SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INSIDE THE HOUSE);

Pets are allowed with weight restrictions.

There is a separate entrance from the main road, and since the main door is on the first floor, the access to the living area, which is all on one level, is via a staircase of about 15 steps, but it's still convenient thanks to the handrail on the wall.

Free public parking is available under the house; unlike other houses in Ostuni, mine is located on the edge of the limited traffic zone, so you can drive right up to the house.

The entire property is available to guests.

Ostuni is located 7 km from the sea, 5 km from the train station, 20 km from Brindisi Airport, and 30 minutes from Alberobello, Polignano a Mare, and Monopoli.

House Rules
You will be staying in someone else's accommodation, so please treat them with care and respect. For hygiene reasons, it would be a good idea to leave the house and kitchen as clean as possible, removing any food residue from dishes.

Please be careful and respectful of the ceramics and furnishings; they are fragile and sensitive.

Please do not touch the switch downstairs in the storage room near the boiler or the one in the bathroom; both are covered with masking tape.

There is ONLY ONE air conditioner, located in the dining room, as shown in the photo in the gallery. Please help by turning it off when no one is home, out of respect for the environment.

The door to the room inside the master bedroom is locked as it is a personal storage room.

Check-in (from 4: 00 PM) and check-out (by 10: 00 AM) times are strict only if there are other reservations that day. Otherwise, they can be arranged. Guests are asked to communicate their arrival and departure times via chat so that cleaning can be properly organized, taking into account the arrival of subsequent guests.

When booking for two guests, please send a message via chat indicating their room preference:
- accommodation with both double bedrooms;
- accommodation with only one double bedroom.

Please note that upon check-in, a tourist tax of €2 per person per night must be paid. A photo of each guest's government-issued ID/passport must be submitted prior to check-in, as it is required for local police registration.

- €50. 00 for stays of 3 to 5 nights
- €80. 00 for stays of 6 to 9 nights
- €100. 00 for stays of 10 nights or more must be paid upon check-in.

During the winter period from November 1st to April 30th, gas bills must be paid locally and are calculated at the time of booking.

Wellness treatments with professional masseurs can be booked upon request.

Electric bicycles can be booked upon request.

Car rentals can be booked upon request.

Even if there are no lines, the parking lot may be free; check any vertical signs.

Waste must be taken out in the evening following these instructions:
Sunday after 8: 00 PM - organic waste (the bag in the brown bin located downstairs in the warehouse)
Monday after 8: 00 PM - general waste (the bag in the gray bin located downstairs in the warehouse)
Tuesday after 8: 00 PM - paper (the bag without the bin)
Wednesday after 8: 00 PM - organic waste (as above)
Thursday after 8: 00 PM - plastic (the bag without the bin)
Friday after 8: 00 PM - organic waste (as above)
Saturday after 8: 00 PM - glass (the glass directly in the green bin located downstairs in the warehouse)
Leave the envelope/container directly to the side of the door.
