In the heart of Ostuni, amidst the whitewashed buildings of the renowned Città Bianca, this independent first-floor house welcomes guests into an atmosphere that evokes the genuine warmth of traditional homes. The interiors, adorned with star vaults and decorative details that reflect local heritage, tell a familial story characterized by vintage furnishings, original accessories, and cherished memories, all harmonized with modern touches and a vibrant color palette that adds personality and freshness to the spaces.
Spanning approximately 80 square meters and situated entirely on a single level, the residence accommodates up to four guests and is designed to ensure comfort and practicality. Accessed via a convenient staircase with about fifteen steps and handrails on both sides, the spacious and bright living area features a dining room and lounge furnished with a table, sofa, armchairs, TV, and sideboard, alongside a kitchenette equipped with a four-burner stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, and utensils. The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms with wardrobes, and the bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower box, and bidet shower. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, plus a drying rack.
Included amenities feature unlimited WiFi, air conditioning, and a heat pump unit installed in the dining area, as well as bed linens and towels. For young children, a crib or bassinet, high chair, and changing table are available free of charge upon request, while pet bowls are provided for pets allowed with weight restrictions. The entire accommodation is for the exclusive use of guests. The small balcony overlooks the main street in a quiet neighborhood with both free and paid parking options. On-site assistance is available 24/7 for any needs.

I spent a night in the 19th-century holiday home in Ostuni and I can say it was a unique and enchanting experience. The house has been carefully restored with attention to detail, preserving the charm of the era. The room I stayed in was spacious and quiet, with high ceilings, the bed was comfortable, and the linen was clean and fragrant. The house is full of history and character, with original floors and objects. Cristina was impeccable, with a warm welcome and constant attention to my needs. The location is ideal for visiting the town of Ostuni and its natural beauties. The house is located in the heart of the city, just a few steps from the main tourist attractions. My experience at NONNA NELLA was fantastic and worth repeating. I highly recommend booking this house for a family vacation.
