Description
The Casa Lopez bed and breakfast is located in the heart of Barletta, in a carefully restored nineteenth-century historic residence.

The B&B offers guests rooms with en-suite bathrooms, a desk, heating, air conditioning, free wifi, towels, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, and a kitchenette. The day starts with breakfast prepared in the common room.

The property is located in the historic center of Barletta, a neighborhood full of cafes, pizzerias, pubs, and restaurants where you can enjoy excellent traditional dishes.

The De Nittis Pinacoteca, housed inside the Palazzo della Marra, is just a few steps away. The statue of Heraclius, the Swabian Castle with its gardens, the Cathedral, and all the main monuments are easily reachable on foot. The train station is about 500 meters away, and the nearest beach is easily accessible on foot.

La camera era accogliente, pulita e comoda. Era molto comoda per gli spostamenti verso la stazione e si poteva facilmente accedere al centro storico di Barletta e al Castello Svevo. Inoltre, il mare era a meno di 10 minuti di camminata. C'erano molti locali e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. La struttura era dotata di tutte le cose essenziali, come cucina, pentole, mestoli, piatti, ecc. Il gestore è stato molto gentile; ha fornito acqua e alcune cose per la prima colazione come latte, caffè, tè, zucchero, brioscine e fette biscottate con Nutella e marmellata, nonostante la colazione non fosse prevista. La struttura aveva un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Era dotata anche di un phon. Il primo giorno, la spazzatura era già stata portata via, quindi l'ambiente è rimasto sempre pulito. Se dovessimo ritornare a Barletta, non avremmo bisogno di cercare altre strutture d'alloggio.

Sono rimasto favorevolmente colpito da tre fattori principali: lo spazio a disposizione che offriva tutto. Dal letto ampio e comodo (alla francese, praticamente matrimoniale) al divano di fronte in un settore della stanza. 2) Bagno e doccia di buona grandezza e "mattonellato" romano in pietra. 3) Pulizia assoluta che offre un senso di attenzione per l'ospite. E il fatto che ci sia un angolo cucina che in realtà è una cucina intera con tutto per fare colazione, dal caffè ai condimenti. Significa cura dei più piccoli dettagli. È a due passi dalla Statua di Eraclio e dal parcheggio della piazzetta del Comune e a poche centinaia di metri da dove è nato l'altro grande eroe barlettano, Pietro Paolo Mennea. Credo che Casa Lopez abbia da tempo intrapreso il cammino presente e futuro del concetto di ricettività turistica. Io di solito 10 lo mettevo soltanto a Gianni Rivera. Oggi faccio, volentieri, un'eccezione. Applausi a scena aperta, direbbe il buon telecronista RAI Bruno Pizzul.

Bellissima struttura, molto rifinita e curata. La posizione è comodissima e strategica. Ad un passo dal centro, dal mare e dalla stazione. Poi ci sono moltissimi locali nei pressi per chi ama la movida. Le stanze erano pulitissime al nostro arrivo, e durante la settimana ci è stata data l'occasione di un ulteriore pulizia dell'appartamento. La colazione sufficiente. Forse va migliorata. Il proprietario è cordiale e gentilissimo, sempre a disposizione e preparato a fornirvi il necessario. Aria condizionata, lavatrice, camere spaziose e anche gli armadi lo sono. Unica pecca il wifi che prendeva molto male, ma quella è sicuramente una problematica della compagnia telefonica. Ci tornerò sicuramente e ve lo straconsiglio se viaggiate a Barletta.

Ottima struttura, con tutte le comodità e a due passi dal centro. Monolocale nuovissimo e ristrutturato con gusto rispettando l'architettura tipica del luogo. Salvatore, il proprietario, è stato disponibile e ospitale fin dal momento della prenotazione, rispondendo tempestivamente ai messaggi e trovando la soluzione ideale alle nostre esigenze, fino al momento del check out. Ottima struttura nel pieno centro storico, comoda ai servizi e ad un 100 mt dal mare. Il gestore Salvatore ha riservato per noi un appartamento con ogni comfort, doppia TV, climatizzatore, phon, biancheria fresca, mentre lavatrice e ferro da stiro erano disponibili nei locali lavanderia in comune con gli altri ospiti. La gentilezza e cordialità di Salvatore hanno fatto guadagnare punti a questa struttura già praticamente perfetta!

Bed & Breakfast senza breakfast. La struttura non prepara la colazione causa codiv! Per il resto tutto ok. Pulizia impeccabile, vicino alla spiaggia ma il parcheggio non c'è bisogna parcheggiare in parcheggi a pagamento.

Pulizia impeccabile e posizione centrale, anche se non ci sono parcheggi sotto la struttura, è comunque possibile parcheggiare non molto lontano. Non era prevista la colazione nella sala comune a causa del Covid, ma essendo un monolocale, dotato di cucina privata, la colazione avrebbero potuta inserirla ugualmente singolarmente in ogni alloggio (nel mio caso ero disposta anche a pagare un supplemento per averla). Per il resto tutto perfetto: struttura curata in ogni dettaglio, ricavata in un palazzo d’epoca; spazi giusti e ben proporzionati.

Struttura ottima, l’unica mancanza è il congelatore. Pulizia ottima, solo il primo giorno ho trovato un insettino sul letto, ma sarà stata sfortuna. Non è vicinissima al mare, che non è bellissimo. Ma a Bisceglie è molto meglio. Il parcheggio non è vicino e non si trova sempre il posto gratuito. Il paesino di sera è molto popolato per la presenza di svariati pub, ristoranti, gelaterie ecc. anche molto buoni. Il gestore è molto disponibile e cordiale. Io ho pagato con il bonus vacanza, quindi sono andato bene. Ma 40€ a notte a persona in un monolocale, non so se sarebbe stato un buon prezzo.

Gestori gentili, disponibili e competenti. Belle stanze, ben arredate e nuove con tipici caratteri della zona. Si può ottimizzare il parcheggio non facile con un garage di altri gestori vicinissimo ad un prezzo contenuto.

Bellissimo appartamento, in palazzina antica, proprio al cento di Barletta, a 2 passi dal Gigante Eraclito. Sono rimasto solo una notte per un viaggio di lavoro e mi sono trovato benissimo, i gestori del B&B mi hanno aspettato fino alle 22:30, nonostante fosse fuori tempo massimo. Davvero molto gentili. Ottima la colazione, con cornetti artigianali (originali) ricchissimi di marmellata non i soliti surgelati. sono certo che la mia scelta cadrà ancora una volta su questobnb, quando ritornerò a Barletta!
