Ancient house recently completely renovated, with two large original rooms with tuff star vaults and walls built with the characteristic Lecce stone. The house consists of a large corridor, a double bedroom, a large room with exposed vault and mezzanine on which there are two single beds, in the room there is also a sofa convertible into a queen-size bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, a laundry room, a veranda and a small terrace.

Parking is free on the street.

Nearby there is a pharmacy (20 m), a butcher (50 m), a pizzeria (100 m), bar (200 m), supermarket and rotisserie (250 m).

A 10-minute drive away is the exclusive Golf Acaia Club while a 10-minute walk away you can access the residence "I giardini di Atena" where you can relax in their swimming pools or play a game of tennis or soccer.

Located in Merine, a small town on the outskirts of Lecce 4 km away, very convenient to reach all the places of interest in a few minutes. In 5 minutes by car you can admire the beauties of the Lecce Baroque as well as attend the nightlife in the historic center with its characteristic clubs in every season.

The most important peculiarity for the location of this holiday home is the proximity to just 3 km of the Lecce ring road, once you have taken which you can decide to be in about 30 minutes by car on the Adriatic coast and visit Otranto, the easternmost city in Italy and with an indescribable architectural and historical charm. Similarly, you can always decide from the ring road to go to the Ionian coast and always in about 30 minutes arrive in Gallipoli the pearl of the Ionian, also known as the beautiful city.

Finally, we must not forget the beautiful town of Torre dell'Orso about 20 minutes away by car.

In July, the town of Merine hosts one of the most popular events in Salento in recent years: "La sagra te lu ranu". Not to be missed, in three days there are up to 80/100 thousand visitors.

At the end of August in Melpignano (Le), just 20 minutes away by car, you can take part in the very famous "Notte della Taranta", a non-stop night with songs and dances of popular Salento music.
