Welcome to this captivating Art Nouveau palace, dating back to the early 1900s, which welcomes you with an atmosphere rich in history and charm. The elegant friezes, refined finishes, and stylish flooring enhance the interiors, transporting you to the enchanting ambiance of the "Belle Époque, " one of the most vibrant periods of cultural, artistic, and literary activity. Lecce, with its many Art Nouveau buildings, also experienced its Belle Époque, as evidenced by the structures surrounding its historic center, adorned with decorations and details that beautifully complement the baroque art.

Our establishment is housed in a historic apartment located on the first floor of a building featuring characteristic star-shaped vaults, right in the heart of Piazza Mazzini. We offer elegant and spacious rooms, including singles, doubles, triples, and quads, all furnished with antique furniture and equipped with either private or shared bathrooms with showers and bidets. Some rooms have central air conditioning, while others are fitted with fans. Security is ensured by a video surveillance system covering the common areas.

Upon arrival in your room, you'll be greeted by two bottles of still water, tea, and chamomile tea, along with delicious Tarallini biscuits for a refreshing snack. You'll also receive a ticket for breakfast at the bar, valid from 7: 00 am to 10: 00 am, which includes a coffee or cappuccino and a freshly baked pastry such as a croissant or doughnut. Follow the self-check-in procedure:
1- Register online using the link you'll receive before your arrival.

2- On the day of check-in, please contact us 30 minutes before your arrival to receive your access codes.

3- Remember to submit your documents at check-in.

For check-out, we kindly ask you to leave your keys at reception by 10: 00 AM to avoid penalties. We look forward to welcoming you!

Among the complimentary services provided, you will find a bar breakfast included in your stay, with a voucher allowing you to enjoy a coffee or cappuccino accompanied by a pastry. Additionally, we offer monitored parking in the condominium courtyard reserved for motorcycles, and the option to leave your luggage at the establishment before check-in, between 11: 00 AM and 1: 00 PM. Free Wi-Fi is available in the common areas, and room cleaning, including linen and towel changes, takes place every two days.

Paid services are also available, including a shuttle service to and from airports, subject to confirmation from the establishment. For those desiring daily linen changes, this can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. We also provide luggage storage for a cost of 5 euros for the entire day.

The establishment is non-smoking, and in order to maintain a peaceful environment, smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and common areas. Any behavior that disturbs other guests is not permitted, nor is the introduction of unregistered individuals. Pets are not allowed, and events are not permitted within the premises.

SECURITY DEPOSIT in case of damage to the property
A security deposit of EUR 30 is required upon arrival. This deposit must be paid by credit card. You should receive a refund within 8-14 days of check-out. The deposit will be refunded in full to your credit card after an inspection of the property.

Therefore, guests are advised not to use linens for shoe polishing, face cleansing, makeup removal, or placing suitcases on the beds, etc., or otherwise to refrain from improper use of linens that could cause irreparable damage.
