We are olive oil producers and our house is located in the middle of a 3-hectare olive grove.
We have 3 rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, that can accommodate up to 8 people in a peaceful oasis.
As a small French family, we created our B&B out of our love for simple living in harmony with nature.
Our desire is to share with you the magical atmosphere of living in an unspoiled place among ancient olive trees in this beautiful Salento region, surrounded by the scents and colors of the past.

I was in a couple at the B&B Bechtel Martine for 15 days and we also requested to use the kitchen to not eat out all the time. Later, we also had other friends come over. Aldo and Martine are very hospitable and courteous. They provided us with an amazing service for breakfast: assorted French croissants, homemade jams and other homemade sweets, as well as fresh local pastries and pizzas and rustic Salento dishes. They were always available to us at any time of the day and sometimes even for some mishaps (like a friend's flat tire). The location choice was strategic for me because it is just outside Lecce and halfway between the Adriatic and Ionian Seas: in half an hour you are at the Salento's Maldives. The property is large and spacious, surrounded by olive trees. The room we were given is comfortable and has a second entrance separate from the main one with a veranda with a table and chairs (convenient when returning at night), the only flaw is the position of the bidet attached to the toilet, but it can be overlooked. The comfort of the beds was surprising!
