Description

The B&B "VERDEOLIVA" is a new elegant and comfortable accommodation, strategically perfect for all business or to visit the beautiful neighboring cities.

The B&B "VERDEOLIVA", overlooking the wonderful blade Lamasinata slope typical of the Apulian landscape embellished by olive trees, Indian figs, carob and wonderful rock dwellings (the Shrine of Our Lady's Grotto is located just 200 meters). It lies on the border southwest of Bari, not far from the industrial area is about 10 miles from Bari-Palese airport, 12 km from Bari railway station and 13 km from the port; in addition the B&B is less than 12 km from the Fiera del Levante and is in close proximity to the motorway exit Bari Nord. The property is served by a bus that connects Modugno. Upon request, you can make transfers to and from airports, ports, railway stations and other targets agreed.

The room was perfect and we really appreciated the small bottles of fresh water. We had a beautiful view of the garden and the olive trees, it was very pleasant and above all very quiet. The breakfast is excellent and the host is very kind. I highly recommend it!

Very comfortable rooms with comfortable beds(even the single for children is a real cot) and a large terrace with sofas. Electronic management of the gate and room opening is absolutely efficient. Breakfast with homemade products,also listing the ingredients(the savory option is a bit lacking;perhaps guests should be advised they can ask the staff). A few minutes from the center(for example it's exactly 15' from Via Sparano and 10' from Lido San Francesco). The location is also very convenient for getting to other destinations. The hosts and staff are very friendly and helpful. The part of the property with a trullo should be enhanced(but I believe they are doing that). It will certainly be our first choice for future visits to Bari.

The location of the property is fantastic. Entrance, parking, and the front park are spacious and well-kept, good use of technology and home automation for the entrances to both the B&B and the room, which is very quiet despite the location on the state road. Excellent communication with the management via email and WA. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel with all comforts. Owner attentive and accommodating. Breakfast served from 7am, since our departure was at 6am, he prepared breakfast the night before. Spacious room with a nice shower room and a large terrace. 3 minutes walk from the sanctuary we visited!

Our stay was exceptional! The staff exceeded our expectations to ensure that our stay was perfect. Fantastic and very kind owners, we thank Mr. Vito who accompanied us every morning to the station and for the nice conversations along the way, we felt at home. The location is very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Structure immersed in greenery, comfortable and impeccably clean rooms. Clean and fragrant linen. Excellent breakfast, everything fresh and delicious pastries made by the owner Tina. The girl at breakfast was very kind and helpful, who also prepared omelettes for the child at breakfast time. Possibility to park inside the premises of the structure. Highly recommended!

With friends we stayed for just one day on the occasion of Vasco Rossi's concert at the S. Nicola Stadium. Treated very well, excellent cleanliness, delicious breakfast. Transfer organization from the facility to the Stadium and back. Highly recommended.

I stayed only one day, but I can guarantee that we were treated very well. Automated gate opening with a phone call. Absolute room cleanliness, delicious, varied and complete breakfast. Kindness and friendliness of the manager. Thank you for the great stay.

I stayed at this beautiful property on the night of the 11th of this month of June. A decidedly positive experience, excellent location just a few steps from the San Nicola stadium and a well-kept structure with spacious, new, and clean room. Excellent location, surrounded by olive trees, close to the highway exit, cleanliness and friendliness of the managers, not to mention the private courtyard parking, unfortunately breakfast only with prepackaged foods due to coronavirus but still sufficient.

Strategic location, convenient for all directions mainly for the stadium, large internal parking, possibility to go out and enter independently, comfortable room even if double with two beds joined, very clean room and equipped with almost all comforts, excellent manager-customer relationship, I recommend it to those looking for the essentials in the expansion phase and continuous improvement synonymous with the seriousness and desire to improve of the manager.

We stayed one night, the location is convenient and in a quiet area. There are renovation works outside. The manager welcomed us very kindly and was clear in the explanations. The rooms are well furnished and very clean. Nice idea and convenient activation of the entrance gate with the smartphone. A small note about breakfast: the dining area is very close to the rooms, which causes some noise as guests can have breakfast even at dawn and wake up other guests. It would be advisable to close the breakfast area. Overall, we had a good stay and recommend it to future travelers.

The structure is new, very nice, excellent location: in a few minutes you can reach anywhere, perfect for those who want to spend some time in relaxation away from the city noise with ample private parking. Nothing to complain about the cleanliness. The manager, I found the dad, very courteous and helpful. We all had a good time, the whole family, and economically he gave me a great price which is very important for a family of 5 people. I think that if I return to the area, I will come back.
