The B&B "VERDEOLIVA" is a new elegant and comfortable accommodation, strategically perfect for all business or to visit the beautiful neighboring cities.
The B&B "VERDEOLIVA", overlooking the wonderful blade Lamasinata slope typical of the Apulian landscape embellished by olive trees, Indian figs, carob and wonderful rock dwellings (the Shrine of Our Lady's Grotto is located just 200 meters). It lies on the border southwest of Bari, not far from the industrial area is about 10 miles from Bari-Palese airport, 12 km from Bari railway station and 13 km from the port; in addition the B&B is less than 12 km from the Fiera del Levante and is in close proximity to the motorway exit Bari Nord. The property is served by a bus that connects Modugno. Upon request, you can make transfers to and from airports, ports, railway stations and other targets agreed.

I stayed only one day, but I can guarantee that we were treated very well. Automated gate opening with a phone call. Absolute room cleanliness, delicious, varied and complete breakfast. Kindness and friendliness of the manager. Thank you for the great stay.

I stayed at this beautiful property on the night of the 11th of this month of June. A decidedly positive experience, excellent location just a few steps from the San Nicola stadium and a well-kept structure with spacious, new, and clean room. Management always available and very kind. Thank you for everything.

Ottimo per posizione, immerso tra gli ulivi, vicino uscita autostrada, pulizia e cordialità gestori, da non tralasciare parcheggio interno cortile privato, purtroppo colazione solo con cibi preconfezionati causa coronavirus comunque sufficiente.

Struttura in posizione strategica, comoda per tutte le direzioni principalmente per lo stadio, parcheggio interno ampio, possibilità di uscire e entrare in autonomia, stanza comoda anche se matrimoniale con due letti uniti, stanza molto pulita e fornita di quasi tutti i comfort, ottimo rapporto gestore cliente, la consiglio a chi cerca l'indispensabile in fase di allargamento e continuo miglioramento sinonimo di serietà e voglia di migliorarsi del gestore.

Luogo tranquillo immerso nel verde. Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità. Colazioni abbondanti con prodotti nostrani.
Per vari motivi dovremmo tornare spesso a Bari e sicuramente prenoteremo sempre qui. Da consigliare.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte, location comoda e in zona poco rumorosa, all'esterno sono in corso dei lavori di ristrutturazione, il gestore ci ha accolto molto gentilmente ed è stato chiaro nelle spiegazioni. Le camere ben arredate e molto pulite, bella l'idea e comoda l'attivazione del cancello d'ingresso con lo smartphone. Piccolo appunto sulla colazione, la zona ristoro è molto vicina alle camere, questo comporta una certa rumorosità in quanto gli ospiti possono fare colazione anche all'alba e possono svegliare gli altri ospiti, sarebbe opportuno chiudere la zona colazione. Nel complesso siamo stati bene e lo consigliamo ai futuri viaggiatori.

La struttura è nuova, molto carina ottima posizione in pochi minuti arrivi ovunque, perfetta per chi vuole passare qualche tempo in relax lontano dai rumori della città con ampio parcheggio privato. Nulla da eccepire per la pulizia. Il gestore, io ho trovato il papà, molto cortese e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati bene tutta la famiglia ed economicamente mi ha fatto un ottimo prezzo che per una famiglia di 5 persone è molto importante. Penso che se ritornerò in zona ci ripasso.

Non si può che consigliare questo bed&breakfast. Immersi nella natura, relax e comodità, uniti al servizio impeccabile e alla cortesia e disponibilità del gestore.
Intelligente location per chi vuole evitare la confusione dei centri urbani, ma nello stesso tempo ottimamente collegata al capoluogo ed alle città limitrofe.
Da adottare come casa di villeggiatura.
