B & B Soluzio is the ideal place for those who want to spend a few days of relax and tranquility, far from the chaos of the city and immersed in the nature of our farm, but also for those who want to turn and know the beauty of our Puglia because we are a few km away from cities and centers of great historical, cultural, artistic and tourist interest such as Matera, Gravina, Altamura, Castel del Monte, Bari and many others.
We are also in an area such as the Alta Murgia National Park which allows those who are passionate to live and share trekking and cycling excursions thanks to the varied initiatives that characterize our territory.
For the more sporty, staying with us, you will have a wide green air where you can run and do gymnastics when you wake up, while for those who want to relax you will have comfortable sunbeds where you can enjoy the sun or just read a nice book or sleep in the shade of our trees.
Finally, it is always available to our guests an outdoor barbecue for those who want to treat themselves to a nice picnic or a lunch or dinner under the stars, without missing anything and especially without having to leave.

Our rooms are all equipped with a kitchenette, so each of you is free to have breakfast when and how you want. However, upon your arrival, we will make you find a basket full of delicacies but above all of fruits and homemade jams, depending on the season, having also many fruit trees in our farm. So you will find everything you need to better face your days as tourists: -).

Hello to all. My name is Maria Paola and I recently decided, together with my dad and chasing his and our dream, to open a part of our ancient Farm to the public also through this family B&B ready to welcome you and to pamper you during your deserved holidays!!

Our B&B is located halfway between Grumo Appula and Cassano delle Murge, and so in a strategic place, rich and prosperuos, exactly in the border between 2 important Areas of Apulia: ALTA MURGIA and BARI AND THE COASTS.
Therefore we are a few km away from centers of great historical, cultural and tourist interest such as Matera (european cultural capital 2019), Gravina, Altamura, Bari, Foresta del Mercadante, Alberobello and many others.
Furthermore, for the lovers of bikes and cycloturism we want to underline that we are on a road which is a part of a path considered cyclopedonal, which connect Grumo Appula to Mercadante Forest, passing through Cassano and its convent, as well as many others cycloturist paths, always in our neighborhood.
If you are interested, you can also leave your bike in closed and guarded places, as well as in the external and private space where eventually wash them.
Finally we recommend you to arrive by car, or if you come from the airport, to rent a car there. Otherwise, with an additional cost, it’s possible to ask us to pick you up from the airport or the station, accompanying you to a car rental nearby so that you can rent a car. If you want, instead, just enjoy the days in relax and peace you can stay in our “Farm”…It will be enough.

Let me start by stating that I am not very good at expressing myself, but this review I had to write after this beautiful stay.
An excellent calm place, a few minutes away from town life, where you find yourself in another time period; equipped with all the modern facilities but a vintage feel. The stay was highly comfortable, thanks to Maria Paola, an excellent host, who is always available. She has excellent suggestions as well about places to visits and dining around the area.
B&B is located at an excellent place from where you can arrive at many place with an hour drive at max.
The only negative part of our stay was that we could not spend and enjoy more time at the location as we already had a lot of programs in a short time.
A lovely and unique and memorable experience.

Trovato per caso, lontano dal caos della città, un casale ottocentesco, rivisitato e arredato efficacemente in chiave moderna, immerso nella campagna, con panorami mozzafiato, un paesaggio incantevole, un luogo dove si respira la natura, il tempo si ferma, regnano solo tranquillità, silenzio e pace; accolti dal bellissimo sorriso di Maria Paola, dolcissima e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza, ad arricchire il posto, per gli amanti degli animali, ci sono anche Guenda & Lino due splendidi cani coccoloni.
Le camere sono comode confortevoli, ben attrezzate, sempre pulite, letto meravigliosamente comodo, per non parlare delle ottime marmellate fatte in casa che ogni mattina deliziano la tavola. Le foto non rendono l'idea e non esprimono la bellezza del posto magico! Da Antonio & Rosa un bacio, alla prossima!

Bellissima esperienza: partendo dopo 5 giorni eravamo tristi e commossi.
Carissima Maria Paola (e anche Vincenzo), non ho mai visto un posto con tutte recensioni ottime.
E ti meriti anche la nostra. Volevo scrivere un mezzo romanzo, ma chi mi ha preceduto ha già scritto tutto il bene possibile.
Qualche consiglio per i prossimi visitatori:
Il Soluzio assomiglia molto ad un agriturismo: circondato da ulivi, vigne e alberi da frutto.
È a 6 chilometri dalla civiltà più vicina, immerso in una campagna fantastica vista mare e Bari da un'altura fresca di 200 metri.
Ad agosto era una favola.
La gentilezza vostra è proverbiale: saluti cari anche a Giovanni, Guenda e Lino.

In un'antica masseria in aperta campagna, tra gli uliveti e i muri a secco, un B&B confortevole e arredato con gusto. Un angolo cottura a disposizione, ampi spazi interni ed esterni, la cordiale ed attenta disponibilità di Maria Paola oltre alla posizione strategica, rendono questa struttura proprio un'ottima Soluzio (ne) per godere di molte bellezze della Puglia, senza dimenticare che Matera è veramente a due passi.

La masseria in cui sono le camere offre un panorama stupendo tra gli olivi, gli alberi da frutto e i filari d'uva e una vista a 360° sulle zone limitrofe. Le camere sono ben attrezzate (macchina del caffè, forno a microonde, tostapane, piatti e posate, tavolino e sedie), dotate di tutti i comfort (aria condizionata, tv) e si può godere del relax all'aria aperta e del silenzio nell'ampio parco davanti alle camere dove si può stare seduti al tavolino per la colazione o stendersi sulle sdraio. Anche la posizione è favorevole per raggiungere i più importanti luoghi di interesse della zona quali Matera, Trani, Altamura, Bari, le Murge, Ostuni e le località di mare. Gentilissima e piena di attenzioni la signora Maria Paola.

Siamo stati 4 giorni a questo meraviglioso B&B ed era veramente un'esperienza unica! E una perla di ospitalità italiana. Siamo stati ricevuti con la più grande cordialità in un atmosfera insuperabile.
Struttura: la B&B si situa in una masseria delle 1800; si risente il carattere storico ma comunque la struttura è prevista di ogni comfort. Le camere sono arredate con molto gusto; ti garantiscono un sentimento di pace interiore.
Pulizia delle camere giornaliera ed ottima.
Posizione: La struttura si situa in una posizione molto strategica da visitare i luoghi principali della regione: bari e le sue coste, Matera e Altamura, Castel del Monte, la Foresta del Mercadente.
Benché tutti questi luoghi di interesse sono molto vicini, la struttura si trova tramite gli alberi, con viste panoramiche stupefacenti, e i dintorni sono tranquillissimi.
Al momento del nostro soggiorno siamo stati ospitati dai proprietari, Maria Paola e suo coniuge. Sono due persone gentilissime, ti ricevono nel loro B&B con un grandissima cordialità, ti fanno sentire a proprio agio. Sono sempre pronti per un consiglio (cosa vedere-dove mangiare) o per una chiacchierata, e ti garantiscono le migliore condizioni per un' esperienza di 100% relax; fanno esempio di una nuova definizione di ospitalità, e aggiungono un gran valore personale al loro B&B già perfetto e adorabile.
Possiamo ancora aggiungere che il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottima ed insuperabile; anche la prima colazione è ricca e buonissima con frutta fresca dei alberi e deliziose confetture fatte in casa.
Era un'esperienza unica, la nostra più grande speranza dopo queste vacanze uniche à potere ritornare al B&B con i suoi gestori amabili.
