Description
The Bed & Breakfast "Sole Luna e Girasoli" is located in the immediate vicinity of the beaches of Gallipoli in a quiet area of Marina di Mancaversa (LE), just 800 meters from the splendid Salento sea.

Simona and Luca are waiting to welcome you with courtesy and hospitality on the ground floor of their villa in a completely independent environment consisting of four rooms (with private bathroom, mini-fridge, air conditioning, color TV and free Wi-Fi), breakfast room, garden equipped with tables and chairs to relax in the shade of trees after a day of sun and sea, and, included in the price, sun loungers and umbrellas, cool bags with ice packs available for guests to reach the nearby beach and for relaxing walks.

Pets are allowed upon prior telephone agreement.

WHERE WE ARE:
Mancaversa, Taviano, is 45 km far from Lecce. It's only 6 km far from the historical centre of Gallipoli and less then 3 km from hit's beautiful seaside.

The link service "Salento in bus", very next to our B&B, will able you to visit the most suggestive Salentine places.

Greetings everyone! Meet Luca and Simona.

Simona was born and raised in Bologna until she turned 30. Then, thanks to an online chat, she met Luca, a born-and-bred Salento man, and fell in love with him and the wonderful land where they now live. They got married in October 2005 and had a son named Matteo in April 2011.

Their lovely family includes a big black and white cat named Sale, a younger kitty named Pippo, and a playful mixed-breed dog named Cesare.

In 2004, they opened their very own B&B. Simona manages it full-time while Luca helps out whenever he's not at his job as a surveyor.

They absolutely adore meeting new people and experiencing different cultures. They love listening to different accents and dialects, and cannot wait to welcome you to their home.

Colorful location, impeccable reception as well as cleanliness and services offered. Pampered every morning by the various and abundant breakfasts of Simona, always smiling and available to fulfill every request. What about the weekly barbecue organized and divinely cooked by the very nice Luca "yes Chef". Congratulations to Matteo, shy and very sweet, who already collaborates with commitment and discretion despite his young age, well done. We felt like guests of friends. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended. Thank you for everything and if we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely choose you. Paola and Antonio.

An excellent experience at B&B Sole Luna e Girasoli, starting from the availability and kindness of the owners, to the excellent services that the structure offers (from the possibility of making lunch for breakfast to bringing beach equipment). Superb cleanliness. Also, the idea of dinner together with the owners and other guests is beautiful (compliments for the meat)! If there had been praise, I would have added it to all the points of this review.

We travel for both work and holidays I can say I have never found a location more beautiful and organized than the B&B Sole Luna e Girasoli for both the care and the hospitality of the owners Simona and Luca two really great guys, excellent is an understatement there should be more.

... What can I say? A unique hospitality! The owners Simona, Luca, and their son Matteo are truly wonderful and always very kind, making you feel truly at home! Very welcoming B&B, rich in services and located in an excellent, truly quiet location! Large rooms and bathrooms, impeccable cleanliness, good and plentiful breakfast. They also provide sun loungers, umbrellas, ice packs, and cool bags for beach lovers. A final thank you also for the beautiful dinner organized together, where Simona's pizza was simply delicious! Simona is the host par excellence: attentive, kind, caring, hospitality personified. You feel at home with her. Extremely clean and carefully decorated rooms down to the smallest details. Breakfast so abundant it becomes a lunch, and let's talk about the evening they offer to guests? A fantastic barbecue that also becomes a great opportunity to make friends. We had a great time. Simona and Luca were extremely helpful, kind, and professional. Clean environment, excellent breakfast, delicious pastries made by Simona. A great idea is the weekly barbecue offered by the hosts, both for the quality of the food and the opportunity to get to know the other guests. A B&B to talk about and recommend.

Perfect structure with all the comforts, very clean and spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast with a lot of variety of both sweet and savory food. The owners are uniquely available, providing bicycles, sunbeds, and umbrellas for the beach. The location of the structure is very good, very close for spending days at the beach and for visiting various areas like Gallipoli. I recommend it 100%, never found a better structure. Cordialità, professionalità e gentilezza contraddistinguono Simona e Luca. L'ambiente è familiare, la posizione è ottima, la colazione così abbondante che si deve pensare solo alla cena e ottima anche la grigliata settimanale che viene offerta dal B&B. È stato il nostro secondo anno da loro, ma non c'è due senza tre.

Il B&B Sole Luna e Girasoli è un posto veramente meraviglioso. Le date segnate in questa recensione in realtà segnano il secondo soggiorno che io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso da Simona, Luca e Matteo. Proprio così. E a maggio torneremo da loro per la terza volta. Già così potrei chiudere perché si è capito cosa ne penso. È un posto speciale dove da subito ti senti a casa grazie alla cortesia, ormai cosa rara, dei proprietari. Il B&B è a pochissimi km da Gallipoli ed è situato in ottima posizione per raggiungere facilmente le spiagge più belle del Salento. La pace e la tranquillità regnano nelle stanze, tutte a tema ed estremamente curate. Quando rientri la sera e sei ricca delle meraviglie paesaggistiche e culinarie salentine non vedi l'ora che sia nuovamente mattina per gustare le squisite e uniche colazioni di Simona e Luca: dolce, salato, frutta fresca e... Io me le sogno la notte. Lo consiglio vivamente e col cuore ad amici e non, perché una volta scoperti è difficile lasciarli.

Originalissima struttura posta nel cuore salentino. Geograficamente rende agevole raggiungere tutti i punti "clou" del Salento, sia Jonici che Adriatici. Ospitalità e accoglienza amichevole mettono l'ospite a suo agio per ogni esigenza. A livello di struttura si scorge l'entusiasmo dei gestori dalla minuziosa cura dei dettagli. Le colazioni infine rendono Sole Luna e Girasoli il non plus ultra dei B&B.
