It is not a criticism, but there is room for improvement in all aspects. A compliment to the owner who has managed to create the B&B in an artisanal and economical way. Nothing exceptional, the photos on the websites are very beautiful. A piece of advice: customers are not all the same. I understand the presence of loyal and annual customers, but it is also important to take care of those passing through. Offering a coffee before breakfast does not involve a great waste of time. The customer should be pampered. For the rest, it's okay. Regarding breakfast, I understand it is repetitive, but I am not looking for absolute excellence. A suggestion: you could organize evenings with music and themed dinners that vary daily, such as pizza night, dinners with grilled meat and fish, tasting evenings of local products including wines, cheeses, and cold cuts, aperitif evenings and wine tastings accompanied by various fried seafood, chips, and assorted vegetables, in order to entertain the customer on-site and make them relax considering there is chaos around, all at affordable prices. We have adopted this practice by staying on-site, purchasing food and drinks from supermarkets and enjoying the tranquility. Good luck, thank you.

La ringrazio della sua recensione. Sinceramente non ne capisco tanto il senso. Non so cosa intende dire quando dice che i clienti sono tutti uguali ma probabilmente è anche una questione di empatia che probabilmente non è scattata piu da parte sua che da parte nostra. Nel periodo in cui ha soggiornato sono state organizzate due cene alle quali lei con la sua famiglia non ha vokuto mai partecipare e quindi mi chiedo che senso ha quello che lei ha scritto? Per tutto il resto certo si pitrebbero organizzare mille cose e accogliamo il suo suggerimento e magari le chiederemo anche una consulenza ma le ricordo che siamo un B&B. Grazie comunque per la sua recensione e soero lei possa trovare altrove strutture che le offrano tutto quello che ha scritto ovviamente con un rapporto qualita prezzo all’altezza.

B&B Shanti is the perfect solution for a relaxing stay, in a familiar and welcoming atmosphere. The location is great for reaching Vieste in a few minutes and the rooms are clean and equipped. The breakfast is exceptional and includes homemade sweets and products. Highly recommended!

B&B with own parking, 500 meters from the town center and located in a quiet area. Spacious rooms tastefully furnished, equipped with air conditioning. The owner has excellent hospitality. The breakfast is truly varied and exceptional: fresh fruit, fresh fruit juices, pastries, bread and various homemade jams, bread, tomato and even fresh cheese, all served on the terrace. 110 euros per night seemed a bit high to me but in the area in August it was the most convenient one.

Enchanting place surrounded by olive groves a few kilometers from the beautiful Vieste and postcard-like beaches. Spacious and well-furnished rooms. Breakfast ten and praise for all tastes.
