Description
The new and elegant "B&B Quattrostelle" is located in a modern villa nestled in the Mediterranean countryside, a few kilometers from Lecce, next to the main touristic and cultural interest points and to the wonderful beaches of the Ionian and Adriatic Seas.

The B&B offers independent, spacious double rooms (third bed on request) finely decorated with "Carparo" element (typical stones from the province of Lecce), precious textiles and wood. Every room has his own bathroom with crystal shower box, air conditioning, hairdryer. Precious linen sheets and towels hand embroided.

The other strenght's point of B&B Quattrostelle is the wonderful garden, full of flowers, Mediterranian and Tropical Trees: relaxing will be natural..

And during the hottest days, a big pool where refreshing is available for our guests.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 30 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 29 to 7 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 6 to 2 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- up to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Breakfast, during the summer season, will be served in the garden, and include expresso, tea, milk, jam, biscuits, butter, home-made jam, orange-juice, fruits, and the famous "Pasticciotto Leccese" (sponge cakes with cream) or croissants. During winter season (from october to april), breakfast is not included.

In the countryside, 5km from city centre and 15 minutes from sea; nearby a mall;

To reach us, coming from the north, follow the directions to Tangenziale Ovest, then take the exit for Maglie (SS16 way). After about 2km, at the km 962, 500 of the SS16, in the middle of a long straight road, and after a bridge, you will find the exit “inversione di marcia-parco commerciale nord”. Turn right, at the stop turn right again and follow the indication to "Cavallino". After about 500mt, on the right, you will find the B&B Quattrostelle. GPS coordinates are N40. 30277 - E18. 19828.

We had a wonderfull time there. A beautiful place with a very beautiful garden with a delicious swimming pool. Breakfast was very good; at arrival our wishes were asked and we got salami extra on request! Very nice and helpful people.

Ambiente curato, il punto di forza è il bellissimo giardino con piscina. Le camere sono ben strutturate e confortevoli. I proprietari molto cordiali e discreti, abbiamo ricevuto consigli alle nostre richieste. Il jolly della struttura è la signora Patrizia, simpatica, sempre attenta alle esigenze di tutti durante la colazione, il riassetto della camera con lei perfetto.

Struttura molto bella con dépandence indipendente immersa in un bel parco con piscina e comodi lettini a disposizione dei clienti. Colazione con prodotti locali e gestore super. Stra consigliata.

Struttura meravigliosa con un giardino ben curato, parcheggio privato e il tutto completato da una piscina perfetta per rilassarsi nel tardo pomeriggio dopo una giornata in spiaggia. Il proprietario e sua moglie sono gentilissimi e sempre disponibili sotto ogni aspetto. La colazione è molto abbondante e varia. Inoltre vera chicca della struttura è la presenza di Patrizia, la governante che vi servirà la colazione e vi delizierà con i suoi consigli sui luoghi da visitare; è disponibilissima, cortese, simpaticissima e vi aiuterà qualsiasi problema abbiate. Davvero un’esperienza indimenticabile, grazie!

Il B&B si trova in zona campagna, molto silenzioso e tranquillo a 2 passi dall'imbocco della SS. Si accede da un cancello che non lascia intravedere nulla e aprendosi rivela un parco curato nei minimi particolari con palme, ulivi e altre piante, a farla da padrona è anche la piscina e l'enorme casa dei proprietari. Le camere costeggiano il viale che porta ai parcheggi e sono 4, ogni camera ha il nome di un colore e di conseguenza l'arredo all'interno è di quel colore. Le camere sono tutte impreziosite da lenzuola ricamate e asciugamani di lino. La colazione viene servita fuori nel gazebo.
