Description
Located in Vieste on the main street, on the first floor of an ancient noble palace dating back to the early 1900s, "In Centro" offers recently renovated, cozy, and meticulously cared for rooms.
Each room features free wifi, air conditioning, a television, a minibar, a safe, a private bathroom with a shower, a bidet, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Except for our suite, which is equipped with a private terrace, gazebo, and a relaxation area, all other rooms have balconies, some with double exposure (window and balcony).
Just a few steps away from our establishment, you can reach some of the most charming places in our town:
- 50 meters away, the historic center with the Basilica of Santa Maria Assunta and the Swabian Castle.
- 100 meters away, the cinema, the amphitheater, and Santa Eufemia Island, home to the lighthouse.
- Approximately 300 meters away, the Tourist Port from which you can embark to the Tremiti Islands and the sea caves.

Excellent structure right in the heart of Vieste, kind and helpful managers, excellent and abundant breakfast, close to bars and shops. For the sea, you have to take a pleasant walk. Recommended.

We stayed at this fantastic B&B in Centro, attention to detail, super mega clean, excellent welcome from the owners. They even left us a welcome water in the room. Abundant breakfast in the room, every morning we could choose what to eat and drink. We had car problems and they also helped us solve this problem, offering us an available room to stay an extra afternoon in Vieste. Mrs. Maria and her husband are very kind people. I recommend 100% do not look at any other B&B, stay here and you will not regret it!

The B&B of Maria and Michele is in a very central location, accessible by car, strategic to explore the maze of the historic center (1 minute walk), to enjoy the sea view and to reach the port (Tremiti, boat tour, car parking - less than 10 minutes walk). The rooms are spacious, recently well renovated, soundproof, with a small balcony and air conditioning. The bathroom is very nice. Maria and Michele know how to take care of guests with attention and professionalism, their presence has been the added value of our holiday. We thank them and they will be our reference point in Vieste.

Situata in pieno centro di Vieste, di fronte alla famosa scalinata che porta al centro storico e al famoso castello Svevo Aragonese, vanta un arredamento moderno, nuovo e assolutamente funzionale, dalla pulizia impeccabile, interamente ristrutturato, con infissi eccellenti.
La colazione viene servita nell’intimità della camera con Vasta scelta di prodotti. I proprietari, gentilissimi e particolarmente disponibili, ti fanno sentire a proprio agio fin dal primo momento. La location ideale per una vacanza indimenticabile!

Siamo stati ospiti una settimana nel mese di agosto al b&b In centro.
La struttura è al primo piano di un palazzo storico recentemente ristrutturato. La camera è pulita di stile semplice e moderno, dotata di tutto il necessario (tv, phon, cassaforte. .) con anche gli infissi nuovi che isolano tutti i rumori dall'esterno.
C'è un parcheggio convenzionato a circa 10 minuti a piedi, fuori dalla ztl (dalle 20. 0 all'1.00).
La vera forza di questo b&b sono i proprietari Maria e Michele: si percepisce tutta la loro passione e attenzione che trasmettono agli ospiti. Per qualsiasi info, consiglio e necessità sono stati sempre presenti con tanta gentilezza.
Maria ci ha sempre fatto trovare colazioni abbondanti secondo le nostre preferenze quotidiane,
mentre Michele si è reso più
volte disponibile per accompagnarci con l'auto al parcheggio auto o al porto.
La posizione è ottima per la sera in quanto evita lo stress della ricerca del parcheggio: basta uscire dal b&b e si trova anche la loro friggitoria, km0, da provare e ristoranti di cucina tipica (dove conviene sempre prenotare).
Non possiamo che essere soddisfatti e dare un giudizio più che positivo: davvero consigliato.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 10 giorni in questa struttura. Consigliatissima per pulizia, arredo e disponibilità dei proprietari. La colazione viene servita in camera all'ora desiderata e il proprietario ti accompagna con la sua macchina alle spiagge convenzionate. Sempre pronti a darti un consiglio su località da visitare e ristoranti o negozi a cui rivolgersi.

B&B arredato con gusto, funzionale e pulito. In pieno centro, l' ideale per godere appieno delle belle serate in giro per le caratteristiche vie del borgo. Gli stabilimenti balneari sono comunque facilmente raggiungibili. I proprietari disponibili e premurosi. Sicuramente lo consigliamo. Rosanna e Antonio.
