Paola Bozzani, a philosophy graduate specialized in Archival Paleography and Diplomatics, as well as Art History, has found fulfillment in her professional life as a State Archivist.

Claudio Asaro, always passionate about photography, cultivates a love for human relationships and for the city he lives in.

The B&B Corte Zeuli is located in the historic center and a 20-minute walk from the train station. The owners are very welcoming and attentive to their guests. The mattress is very hard and old. Breakfast is mainly made up of homemade biscuits of all kinds, a bit disappointing.

We were welcomed by Mrs. Paola and her husband, people of great culture and very helpful. The breakfast prepared by Mrs. Paola was fantastic. She was so kind to leave us a souvenir of the house. Recommended!

The experience and authenticity of Bari Vecchia. Staying at B&B Corte Zeuli means savoring a slice of real daily life, welcomed as part of the family. Arriving past midnight due to a flight delay, we are greeted with generous courtesy by the host who takes the trouble to come down to the street and wait for us. Crossing the threshold of this ancient noble palace, we meet Mrs. Paola who, despite the late hour, gives us a warm welcome showing us the frescoed ceilings and walls of the grand salon. The next morning, we have the opportunity to enjoy the excellent and abundant breakfast: cookies, taralli, homemade cakes, fresh juice, fruit salad fill the large table in the salon. The location is very convenient, close to everything! Living in the historic center, as part of the family, allows you to fully savor the experience of Bari Vecchia and adds value to the travel experience.

The property is really fabulous. An old palace (500 years old) in the middle of the old city with lots of charm. The hosts are a very friendly couple. You feel like a friend. Paola is a person totally devoted to your well-being and will share delightful moments with all the discretion you desire. In the heart of the old city, the days began with a magnificent breakfast, varied and abundant, each day with different pastries freshly baked by Paola. The hosts always cordial and affectionate made us feel at home. The room with its beautiful painted ceilings is large and quiet. The polychrome ceiling makes you feel good every time you wake up. I can't think of a better option to stay in Bari. Highly recommended.

This place is very special. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruits and homemade Italian sweets. We had a beautiful room with a restored ceiling in a historic building in the old city of Bari. The location is great and the hosts are very welcoming, nice, and really helpful. They gave us a lot of tips about the sightseeing of Puglia and historic sights of Bari. Their hospitality is exceptional. The only inconvenience was the loud air conditioning.

Wonderful stay in this historic and atmospheric B&B in the middle of the Bari old city. The room was large with room for four adults (two on a mezzanine level in the room) with a wonderfully decorated high ceiling and flower-filled balcony overlooking the narrow street outside. Paola was the perfect host, friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about Bari. Breakfast was exceptional - a selection of home-made cakes, juices, and jams. I would highly recommend this B&B to visitors to Bari as a great place to stay for good value and an authentic Italian experience.

A totally lovely stay! Paola, the landlady, welcomes you to her wonderful place as if you are friends. The rooms are unique and full of her personality. This is my first all-10 rating ever. The building dates back to the 1500s so it was fascinating, in the heart of the old city and near good restaurants, interesting sights and the waterfront. The host is the sweetest woman you can imagine. The breakfasts are all homemade gems (freshly squeezed juice, a beautifully presented array of other fruits, homemade cakes, cookies and pastries (at least a half dozen kinds every day), eggs, coffee, etc. We will never forget this experience and hope we can return. (Some warnings: weak WiFi, no elevator, small shower — it was the 1500s, after all. But everything else was perfect and every need was satisfied).

A wonderful place to stay with so much history. Our hosts Paola and Claudio were very welcoming and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed including locating the grave of our relative in Bari War Cemetery. Paola is the perfect hostess serving delicious breakfasts always with her specialty of homemade cakes. Our return at the end of the day was greeted with a glass of limoncello. The house and its contents are extraordinary and it was a privilege to stay in such a historic property. I would thoroughly recommend a visit.

A wonderful accommodation: Paola and her husband welcomed us warmly in their stately and cozy apartment. It is located in a quiet old town alley a few steps from the Piazza and the two main churches in a 15th (?) century Palazzo. Lovingly restored ceiling paintings and frescoes from the 16th century, six-meter high ceilings, balcony (Mose room), enchanting huge breakfast room - with the most loving breakfast of our entire trip. Paola bakes excellently - and also explains incidentally how she makes her Limoncello, after which the whole apartment smelled one evening. If we come back to Bari we hope to get a room there again.
