B&B Corte Marchesana, a small nineteenth-century farmhouse now restored and transformed into an elegant residence located in the green landscape of Gioia del Colle; equipped with furnishings that evoke modern and Mediterranean style.

Guests have access to the kitchen and breakfast room, the garden-solarium, the bike service, and the shaded and guarded parking.

Breakfast is served with fresh and typical Apulian products.

This is the second summer we have stayed at the B&B Corte Marchesana, a heartfelt thanks to Nicoletta and Pino who pampered us with abundant breakfasts of cakes, brioches, and freshly picked fruit from the surrounding trees. Surely we will return next year...

Very kind and helpful hosts. This is how you feel comfortable as a tourist. We had wonderful days at the B&B Corte Marchesana and would come back anytime. We stayed in this charming property for 8 nights; slightly off-center location but strategic to move around Puglia, very airy despite the intense heat. Clean, spacious rooms, and very well maintained with "feminine" attention to details. Mrs. Nicoletta really pampered us at breakfast with excellent cakes baked by her and additional huge pastry-filled brioches delivered by her tireless husband. Excellent value for money considering it was the week of Ferragosto. I recommend it in every aspect, try it to believe it!

From Bologna to a corner of paradise in Gioia del Colle. 10 fabulous days, in a charming B&B, worthy of praise! Nicoletta and Pino, fantastic owners, helpful and very friendly. And what about Nicoletta's cakes to start the day? Superlative. I absolutely recommend this B&B, in a wonderful setting.

Amazing structure, immersed in a paradisiacal greenery, Nicoletta and her husband were welcoming, very kind and extremely cordial, the breakfast was superb, with spectacular brioches and delicious homemade cakes. The welcome, phone calls to make contacts, check-in and check-out, were handled by the owner, Nicoletta, in a simple, professional, and very friendly manner. We spent New Year's Eve in this B&B, located in a beautiful town in a strategic position to reach Matera and many other destinations to visit. We usually rely on B&Bs for our trips and this is the most beautiful one we have found. Equipped with every comfort including drinking water and everything in perfect condition. The room is very beautiful and comfortable in the typical style of the 'cave of stone' area but at the same time very elegant down to the smallest details. The family management was very appreciated; the owners were caring and ready to support us with directions and tips for our tours and expenses of typical products. They even helped us find a place to spend New Year's Eve even though we waited until the last day. We really enjoyed their very affectionate and well-behaved kitten. The delicious croissants greedily offered in the morning with a typically Italian breakfast won us over like everything else. Thank you.

Everything perfect. Managers always friendly and attentive, but never intrusive. They promptly satisfied our requests. Easy and free parking within the facility: a plus not to be underestimated considering the considerable difficulties in finding a parking spot in the city.

Apart from the initial negative impression (we were locked out of the gate upon arrival because there was no one there and we had to wait for over half an hour for the owners to return) we found the managers very helpful for every need of ours and more. They even drove us to the restaurant and picked us up the first evening when parking was unavailable in the center. Excellent advice on places to visit in the surroundings.\n\nVery much appreciated the bottles of mineral water on the bedside tables.\n\nThe rooms and the structure are truly welcoming, nice, clean and with particular details, with ample parking and equipped garden.\n\nLocation: a few steps from the center of Gioia del Colle where there is a choice of restaurants and shops.\n\nBreakfast not very varied and a bit stingy but good (fresh pastries but, unfortunately, the same two homemade cakes offered for all three days. We had to ask for bread and, even there, only two slices each.)\nYou have to shower early otherwise you run out of hot water (50-liter electric boiler).\n\nI would have liked a herbal tea before going to bed as is my habit but there was neither a kettle in the room nor the possibility to access the kitchen to make one.\n\nApart from these minor inconveniences, I would recommend this B&B.

Excellent point of reference to visit the nearby tourist attractions, which are plentiful. Comfortable and quiet. Family-run management that makes you feel at home. Abundance of availability and courtesy. If I were to come back to the area, it would be the first choice.

What can I say, everything has already been written and all well deserved; my husband, a couple of friends and I have just returned from a stay at that B&B Corte Marchesana and I must say with all honesty (and I have traveled a lot and stayed in many B&Bs) but this is the very first one that has impressed us, very clever and quiet location, lovely managers, beautiful structure, the breakfast then a big trouble for my figure, yes, my dear lady Nicoletta, that delicious chocolate cake you prepared for us has stayed in my heart and you forgot to give us the recipe, don't worry, we'll come to get it back. If you haven't understood, we really like everything, including the price, very fair; what are you doing, haven't you booked yet? What are you waiting for the B&B Corte Marchesana to be full? Managed by a friendly, helpful, and very kind family, this B&B is simply perfect. The new, well-kept, and elegant structure is located very close to the center and the highway, which is great considering that Gioia del Colle is strategically located for traveling to many interesting places. The breakfast is plentiful, with fresh and good products. Highly recommended.
