Description

The B&B Chimera Bari was born from the desire to enhance the city of Bari and the whole territory of Puglia.

The B&B Chimera Bari is located in Bari, in a perfect point to visit everything, in fact it is only 5-10 minutes walk from the train station, the center of Bari, the old town and the beautiful seafront of Bari.

The B&B Chimera Bari, is an apartment divided into three rooms, each with its own door to the room, is located on the second floor of an apartment building. The building was named historic, as it dates back to the 1930s. Almost all the furnishings and details have been painted, revalued or created by hand.

The rooms have vaults of almost five meters high and the historic floors, the style between shabby and retro will win you over.

I stayed only one night at Chimera and I must say I felt very comfortable. Antonella is very kind and extremely helpful. I slept in the lovely 'Sole' room. The walls are a bit thin and my room faced the street; you could hear some passing cars, but I slept well. It should also be considered that the building is old and I doubt soundproofing renovations can be done at will. The B&B is a 10-minute walk from the central train station and a 10-minute walk from the seafront; in short, a strategically located and very convenient position. I opted for the basic breakfast included in the price: a hot drink and dry biscuits. On the B&B's website all the other breakfast options are clearly explained. For location and hospitality, I absolutely recommend this B&B. Antonella is an excellent host and Bari is a very beautiful city.

The room I stayed in was large and clean, but it was next to the street, so I heard cars driving by. However I was out most of the time during the daytime and the car noise dies down at night. Antonella was very friendly, responsive to texts, and accommodating. The location was about a 10-minute walk from the train station and the city center. I would recommend B&B Chimera.

The owner is very friendly and enthusiastic. She gave advice on what to visit outside Bari and where to eat. There was a small problem with the shower and she immediately responded and resolved the issue. The room was very spacious, with free tea and water. Excellent host.

I stayed here for 3 nights and highly recommend it. The room was very clean and spacious. The owner was very friendly and provides recommendations and other tips on what to do in Bari and how to use public transport. The location is very convenient for going to the central station or the historic center and the esplanade. I would always come back.

The room was really comfortable and well furnished, perfectly clean. I really liked the attention to detail and the fact that there was a kettle with teas and herbal teas in the room. The room also had a cozy little balcony (too bad the street was a bit noisy in the evening, but it was Saturday night and the location is in the center of Bari, so that’s understandable!). The owner was really kind and welcoming. Both in arranging the key handover via WhatsApp at the time of booking and on site giving me a whole series of useful tips on how to visit the city and its surroundings. I recommend it!

The structure is very nice in the center of Bari. The area is absolutely quiet and safe, and you can visit it even late at night without any problems. From here, you can reach the seafront, Old Bari, and the main historical streets on foot. Perfect organization, hospitality, and courtesy from the manager, Antonella. The only downside is that breakfast is missing, but there are many bars in the immediate vicinity that can be reached in a few minutes. For the rest, there is really nothing missing. However, compared to a hotel, here you feel at home. I will definitely return.

Very spacious room with minibar, including a bottle of water, kettle with tea service, private bathroom and balcony. I spent 4 days at B&B Chimera Bari and I couldn't have made a better choice. My room was very spacious, the bed comfortable, the bathroom large and very clean like everything else. A small fridge in the room which was really welcome. Antonella is very helpful and communication is very easy. Close to the train station, the old town, great bars and restaurants. The place is very quiet. I am delighted with my choice and will return with pleasure!

During our stay the first two days at B&B Chimera Bari we had a problem with the WC. Antonella managed to resolve it and after this everything was very good. The room was very clean and spacious, the air conditioning worked very well. Antonella gave us information about the Puglia area. What we didn't like was the poorly maintained building entrance. The elevator is old but worked well.

Simple and fast communication with the landlady. The room is very spacious and nicely furnished. Easily accessible on foot from the train station and the old town and the Lungomare are also quickly reachable on foot. A la prossima!

The property is super clean, well equipped with modern comforts, air conditioning, a fabulous shower, and a fridge with some water. Rooms are very lovely, nice designed, very light and cozy, bed is very comfortable. Breakfest is very delicious and nice. The location is perfect, everything is closed. The owner, Antonella is the first class; she is super mega professional, communication and responsiveness are always outstanding. She is a very charming, friendly and helpful.

Very warm welcome from Antonella who is completely at your disposal to make your stay in Bari go smoothly. The apartment is very well located (5 minutes from the train station, 5 minutes from the promenade along the sea, and 10 minutes from the old town). The room is very spacious and very clean. The breakfast is very good and unlimited for some items. Highly recommended.
