Description

The B&B "Casa delle Rondini" is located on the outskirts of Alberobello, 1 km from the city, an excellent place for a peaceful vacation, ideal for families with children and friends.

The villa is a first floor apartment of about 70 sqm, consisting of two bedrooms, a green triple room and an orange double room (with the possibility of opening a sofa bed), 1 bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen, coffee machine, refrigerator, air conditioning, internet connection.

Children under 3 years old stay for free (if sharing the room with parents). Up to 12 years old, the cost is 50% in a triple or quadruple room. Full price for separate rooms.

Huge outdoor terrace with sink, tables, chairs, and umbrella, to spend summer days outdoors and enjoy a breathtaking view.

The garden is available to guests, including a shower with hot water for those who want to refresh themselves after returning from the sea, a swing for children, private parking with entrance for cars and motorcycles, garage available upon request, automatic gate where the keys will be delivered.

Barbecue area.

Garden surrounded by countryside (dog kennel) for owners of small pets.

Apart from that, we have a lovely and romantic trullo for couples, with natural stone interiors, with the possibility of an extra bed for 1 child, private bathroom with hairdryer, refrigerator, internet access.. (excluding cooking).

Alberobello is an excellent starting point for interesting excursions to the nearest towns in Puglia. In fact, in just twenty minutes by car, you can reach Monopoli, for its beautiful beaches, Polignano a Mare, famous for its cliffs and ancient ruins of Egnazia, Castellana Grotte, well-known for its caves, Fasano Zoo Safari Park, the beautiful white city of Ostuni, Locorotondo for its DOC white wines, Martina Franca with its baroque style nestled in the Itria Valley. A little further away are Matera, famous for its stones, Grottaglie for its ceramics, Lecce with its baroque churches, and the city of Otranto.

Enchanting location. Friendly and cordial owner. Only flaw: the rooms are full of communications for the guests attached everywhere. I think it is a lack of trust on the part of the owner towards the guests.

Hello Imma, it was nice for me and my partner to spend these few days at the end of summer to discover the Itria Valley, but we didn't expect to find such a welcoming structure and such 'beautiful' people like you and your family. Needless to say, the place is fantastic and strategic, as it combines the proximity to the historic center of Alberobello with the advantage of coming back tired in the evening and being able to sleep in a quiet place, free from noises. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your availability, for the fantastic cakes, for the still warm croissants, for the thousand attentions found in the structure. Thank you especially for the human, yet discreet relationship that you know how to create. My wife and I (we come from Germany) had a great time in the trulli. Casa delle Rondini is located in the historic center of the village and is very comfortable. From the house, you can walk around the entire village, bars, restaurants, and other shops are all nearby. Mrs. Imma is very kind. Sleeping in a trullo was a very beautiful experience for us. I recommend this property.

We stayed for one night at this property last weekend. It is a really great Bed and Breakfast, equipped with all the necessary services, a well-kept garden, and a large courtyard where you can park the car. The welcome, availability, and courtesy of the owner Mrs. Imma made our stay very pleasant. My parents stayed in the "orange room", a cozy and spacious apartment with a large terrace, while my sister and I had the honor of staying in the "trullo room", a historic stone structure cared for in every detail that truly makes you feel like you're in a fairy tale! Additionally, the location of the property is strategic for visiting many characteristic places such as the Zoo Safari, the historic center of Alberobello, and the Castellana Caves. An experience full of emotions, from every point of view. I highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast for its convenience, location, and kindness! Best regards from the Longobardi family.

We stayed for one night between Saturday and Sunday. Just 200 meters outside Alberobello, this B&B also offers the possibility to park the car in the space in front of the villa that hosts you. Mrs. Imma was very kind and friendly in making us feel at ease, the atmosphere was familiar, we couldn't ask for more. Abundant breakfast. Satisfactory price. If we were to return to Alberobello, we will stay again in this B&B. Highly recommended!

Located in a strategic position, very close to the village but at the same time in a quiet area, we were welcomed with great cordiality and friendliness.
