Absolutely avoid. The room did not match the one chosen on the website, including a photo of the balcony with a view of the square (which was not in the room assigned to us), just to deceive the customer. It ruined our stay in Bari. Furthermore, the room we were given had a tiny balcony facing directly opposite (about 1 meter away) private apartments, with tenants who often leaned out to smoke and look into the room, so where is the privacy? And not to mention the check-in, which is an odyssey: instructions were given beyond the expected limit, which disrupted our entire departure schedule (usually check-in instructions are given the same morning and not after repeated requests, even past 3:00 PM). Zero rating. Never again and I really discourage it.
