The apartment was in excellent condition, recently renovated, and had everything we needed. The host kindly left us a great bottle of wine and some snacks — even several types of pasta and olive oil! The sofa bed was comfortable, and the double bed was huge. The street is quiet and peaceful. We did miss having a window a bit, but we just opened the door to the outside and had our meals with a street view. It’s about a 15–20 minute walk to the old town and the beach, and only 5 minutes to the train station. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Alessandro!

Super modern accommodation with all amenities (the owner thought to provide explanations of how the household appliances work via QR code "genius"), a very nice welcome with a bottle of wine as well as coffee pods, cookies etc., a more than nice owner, attentive, responds immediately to messages. An excellent pizzeria across the street with home delivery, a supermarket, as well as other small shops nearby. A parking lot not very far (15 minutes on foot) at €10, from 7 PM to 10 AM via the Clic Park website, genius for those who rent a car to escape in this beautiful region called Puglia, because parking in Bari like almost everywhere in the big cities of Italy remains a problem. The train station is nearby 10 minutes on foot, very close city buses, these two transports take you to the airport etc. If we return to the area, we know where to stay. Thank you again for allowing us to spend this wonderful stay.

The apartment is very nice, spacious and modern. The host was very attentive and upon arrival, we found drinks in the fridge and snacks that give an extra touch. The wifi worked very well, and there is a manual with instructions on how to use the appliances of the place which was very helpful. I definitely recommend it.
