Read the following "Frequently Asked Questions" asked by customers:
1) Information about "Breakfast"?
Breakfast is not included. However, the property provides a coffee machine with capsules, various complimentary snacks, sweet/savory, and a fridge in a common room. Based on our checks, customers often have breakfast with what is provided by the property and find this service interesting. Alternatively, there is an excellent bar/pastry shop just behind the property, within walking distance.

2) Check-in and check-out time?
Our B&B is a family-run establishment and does not have a reception desk. Therefore, it is necessary to communicate the expected arrival time in advance. Official check-in is in the afternoon, but if you have different schedule needs, please contact us before making the reservation, and we will try to accommodate you according to our availability. Check-out time is strictly before 10:00 am.

3) Does the B&B have shared bathrooms?
Each bedroom has its own exclusive private bathroom with a shower. We do not have shared bathrooms with other guests.

4) Does the B&B have a separate entrance for accessing the rooms?
There is a single entrance (apartment-style) to access the property, after which you will find the doors to the bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own lock and a key different from the other rooms.

5) Are there specific curfew hours in the evening?
You are free to return at any time with the keys we will provide you during check-in. We only ask that you always maintain respectable behavior to ensure the tranquility of others, especially during late-night hours and early afternoon.

6) Is there private parking?
The parking is public and free (unattended) right below the B&B and in the surrounding area.

7) Are the rooms equipped with a mini-fridge?
There is a fridge in a common room shared with other guests where you can store your own beverages for free. The fridge is divided into compartments labeled with room numbers.

8) Do the rooms have air conditioning/heating?
The rooms have air conditioning and heating systems.

9) Do I need to bring sheets, towels, a hairdryer, toilet paper, and other necessities?
You will find everything you need already inside your room.

10) Are room cleanings performed?
Room cleaning is done every 3-4 days at the discretion of the property.

11) Are towel changes provided?
-Towel changes are done every 3-4 nights.

-Bed linen changes are done every 7 days.

12) What are the booking conditions and payment method for the room?
As per regulations, a deposit of 30% of the total stay is required during the booking process to secure the room, while the balance will be paid in cash during check-in. Access to your room will not be allowed if the full amount of the stay is not paid upon arrival during check-in. As a family-run B&B, we do not have POS (for any withdrawals, the post office is right behind the B&B). In case of cancellation, the paid deposit will be retained.

13) Is there a tourist tax?
The Municipality of Carovigno has established a tourist tax from July 1, 2018, to August 31, amounting to €1 per person per night for a maximum of five nights. Children under 13 years old are exempt from the tourist tax.

14) Can I bring additional people into the rooms who are not included in the reservation?
No. It is strictly forbidden to introduce third parties into the property who are not included in the reservation (e.g., booking a double room for single use and tariff and then secretly allowing a second person to enter). Offenders will be immediately asked to leave the B&B, forfeiting the unused days, and reported to the competent authorities.

15) Is smoking allowed inside the B&B?
Absolutely not.

16) How far is the nearest beach from the B&B?
The nearest beach is about 6 km away, while the Torre Guaceto nature reserve is only a 15-minute drive.

17) How far is the B&B from Ostuni, the "white city"?
The B&B is located near the intersection that leads directly to Ostuni. After 5 km straight, you will be in the heart of one of the most beautiful gems of Puglia. And within a few kilometers, you will also find Cisternino, Alberobello, etc.

18) Do the rooms have a kitchenette?
As a B&B, offering only "Bed and Breakfast," we do not have kitchenettes.

19) Are there restaurants or trattorias near the B&B?
Our property is located in a strategic area, well connected not only to the most renowned places in the area but also to dining options such as trattorias, restaurants, bakeries with wood-burning ovens, supermarkets, tobacco shops, churches, etc., all within easy walking distance. For more information, you can ask the B&B staff.

The property (apartment-style) consists of various rooms with the possibility of more than 2 beds based on customer requests (double, single, twin, triple, and quadruple), each with its own private bathroom with a shower. The rooms have individual locks with different keys, air conditioning, private bathroom with an in-room shower, color/digital terrestrial TV, and heating. All rooms are very bright with a spacious terrace, large arches, and high ceilings.

Our small niche accommodation offers modern and well-furnished rooms with attention to detail, located on two floors in Carovigno, in the province of Brindisi, just 5 km from beautiful sandy beaches (Blue Flag for yet another year) and splendid gems nestled among rocks and Mediterranean scrub, including the Torre Guaceto nature reserve. It is also 5 km from Ostuni (Br), the characteristic "White City," and its lively nightlife with many charming establishments carved out of caves and old oil mills. The building is strategically located, within walking distance of trattorias, easily reachable on foot to discover the flavors of our land, and typical bakeries with wood-burning ovens where you can purchase and enjoy many delicacies. In the surrounding area, there are various restaurants (pizzerias/trattorias), supermarkets, bars/pastry shops, tobacco shops, laundries, post offices, banks, places of worship, and auto repair shops. A few kilometers away are the main scenic attractions of Puglia, such as Lecce with its Baroque style, the picturesque Polignano a Mare, a town perched on a cliff, Alberobello, the city of "trulli" in the Itria Valley, the Castellana Caves, and the Fasano Safari Zoo with animals roaming freely, Cisternino, Ceglie Messapica, San Vito dei Normanni, etc.
