The structure consists of 3 rooms in B&B solution and 3 rooms in room rental solution.

The Araucaria is well-kept and very clean. The managers are exquisite people, always ready to welcome guests with kindness, making you feel immediately at ease. Good breakfast. The room cleaning is done daily. Our room was very spacious, with a fridge and air conditioning. This was our second time in this structure and I can confirm that the attention to guests' needs is definitely one of their strengths. We will definitely see each other for the third time.

Excellent facility located in the center, very close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Salento. Clean structure, with all the comforts you could wish for. We even had a fridge in our room that was very useful. Room cleaning every day, excellent cleanliness. What more can I say, except that it feels like being at home. The owners are exquisite and always available. We will definitely come back.

Abbiamo passato una settimana meravigliosa, all'insegna del relax, in un ambiente confortevole, complice non solo la posizione strategica e comoda della struttura, la bellezza delle spiagge di Torre San Giovanni, ma soprattutto la gentilezza, disponibilità e presenza dei due proprietari, Bruno e Bruna che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, accolti come in famiglia io mia moglie e i nostri due bimbi. I proprietari Bruno e Bruna, due persone veramente gentili e a modo, ci hanno fatto veramente sentire a casa. Inoltre la struttura è situata in una posizione strategica, con una passeggiata si può arrivare al mare, in centro dove ci sono i negozi oppure sul bellissimo lungomare. Consigliatissimo!

B&B situato in ottima posizione: a pochi minuti a piedi hai la spiaggia, la via con i negozi e il lungomare. Chi si vuole muovere, può usare il bus che collega Torre alle principali località salentine. La nostra stanzetta (Smeraldo) aveva anche a disposizione una veranda coperta comodissima. Tutto molto pulito. Notevole la proposta di prodotti tipici dolciari a colazione. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, sopratutto per la simpatia e l'accoglienza dei proprietari Bruno e Bruna. La colazione è sempre stata ottima per le gustose prelibatezze salentine che non ci hanno fatto mai mancare. L'augurio è di tornarci presto, per godere di nuovo il bellissimo mare di Torre S. Giovanni.

Io e la mia famiglia composta da due bambini presso questo B&B ci siamo trovati molto bene. La signora Bruna e suo marito sono stati molto gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi informazione. La signora Bruna, specialmente alla mattina nel momento della colazione, era sempre presente e disponibile per colloquiare sul cosa si era fatto il giorno precedente. Ottima e ricca la colazione. Io ve lo consiglierei.

Il giudizio sul B&B è sicuramente positivo: la camera era carina, il bagno grande e confortevole. I proprietari sono stati gentili e disponibili e la stanza è stata pulita tutti i giorni. Insomma consigliato se volete passare qualche giorno nelle Maldive d'Italia!!

Io e mio marito siamo stati lì due anni fa e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ricordo la signora Bruna con tanto piacere e non vedo l'ora di tornarci presto! Il B&B è molto curato e pulito, il posto è molto carino e si raggiunge facilmente qualsiasi meta del Salento!
