Giovanni, 200 meters from the sea and within walking distance of all services within walking distance such as restaurants, bars, pizzerias, promenade. The structure consists of 3 rooms in B&B solution and 3 rooms in room rental solution.

Thanks to the strategic location you can reach in a short time suggestive places such as Gallipoli, Santa Maria di Leuca, Otranto and the Maldives of Salento.

Araucaria B&B will welcome you in a friendly and quiet environment, where you can spend pleasant vacations or weekends, enjoying the beauty of one of the most enchanting coastlines of the coast and the artistic and cultural beauties of the town of Ugento.

In the center of Torre San Giovanni we had a double room connected to a single room (not requested, so it was larger than we expected), a private entrance, a nice garden to store bicycles, and an outdoor drying rack with a table and chairs on the small terrace. The cleaning was exceptional, the TV, refrigerator and air conditioning worked well, and the bed was very comfortable. We had a wonderful time.

We spent a lovely week of vacation in this B&B. The structure is located in the heart of Torre San Giovanni, so you can find all the necessary services nearby. There is the seafront that offers the opportunity to take nice walks and have dinner in the many local restaurants in the area. The managers of the structure are kind and helpful people. The breakfast offered is good and varied. Recommended.

The Araucaria is well-kept and very clean. The managers are exquisite people, always ready to welcome guests with kindness, making you feel immediately at ease. Good breakfast. The room cleaning is done daily. Our room was very spacious, with a fridge and air conditioning. This was our second time in this structure and I can confirm that the attention to guests' needs is definitely one of their strengths. We will definitely see each other for the third time.

Excellent facility located in the center, very close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Salento. Clean structure, with all the comforts you could wish for. We even had a fridge in our room that was very useful. Room cleaning every day, excellent cleanliness. What more can I say, except that it feels like being at home. The owners are exquisite and always available. We will definitely come back.

Additionally, the structure is located in a strategic position, with a walk you can reach the sea, the center where there are shops or the beautiful waterfront. Highly recommended.

B&B located in an excellent position: a few minutes on foot you have the beach, the street with shops and the waterfront. Those who want to move can use the bus that connects Torre to the main Salento locations. Our small room (Emerald) also had a very comfortable covered veranda available. Everything was very clean. Remarkable was the proposal of typical sweet products at breakfast. Owners were very kind and helpful.

My family and I, consisting of two children, had a very good experience at this B&B. Mrs. Bruna and her husband were very kind and available for any information. Mrs. Bruna, especially in the morning during breakfast, was always present and available to talk about what we had done the day before. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. My husband and I were there two years ago and we had a great time. I remember Mrs. Bruna with great pleasure and I cannot wait to return soon! The B&B is very well-kept and clean, the place is very nice and it is easy to reach any destination in Salento.
