Apartment of approximately 80 square meters, located on the first floor of a recently built condominium in Gandhi Street 1, facing the beaches of Lido San Giovanni in Gallipoli, in a central area with all services at 150m and the Alda supermarket downstairs.

In the evening, it is possible to easily walk around as everything is within short distance: the historic center is 2 km away, Corso Roma is about 1.5 km away and a car is not necessary to experience the city. In fact, many tourists rent bicycles on site and explore the city without any problems. Along the promenade, you will also find inflatables and games for children, evening markets, and various lounge bars.

COMPOSITION: The apartment is also accessible by elevator, there is free parking in the nearby street. The apartment consists of:

LINEN NOT INCLUDED, you can rent it on site at a cost of €20.00 per person, including sheets and towel set. TOURIST TAX to be paid on site: €1.00 per person per night, excluding children under 16 years old. Payment is always for one week, even if you stay for 2 weeks.

SURROUNDINGS: Lido San Giovanni is a lively area of the city that connects the promenade to the beaches of Baia Verde. Here you can find various bars, ATMs, gas stations, supermarkets, and lounge bars. Lido Piccolo is one of the well-equipped beaches, very popular among families, compared to the nearby beaches of Baia Verde, and it is right in front of the apartment. The neighborhood takes its name from the Tower of San Giovanni, located just before the start of the promenade.

At 1 km you will find Corso Roma and the city center, at 2.0 km the beautiful and characteristic historic center, full of seafood restaurants and the Cathedral of S. Agata, and at 1.5 km the Baia Verde area, frequented by both families and young people.
