Description

Holiday home located just 50 meters from the main services and the center, and 20 meters from the free or equipped beaches of Torre Lapillo. We also offer a transfer service, even if you are not staying with us, at affordable prices and to be agreed upon.

The structure is newly built and consists of:
- A room with three beds, private bathroom, and garden;
- A room with three beds, private bathroom, and balcony;
- A studio with four beds, bathroom, kitchen, and balcony;
- A studio with four beds, bathroom, kitchen, and garden with shower.

Holiday with a small child. The host was extremely kind from the beginning to the end, responding politely to our requests. Clean and functional apartment for a holiday with a child, literally two steps from the sea. Having daily cleaning is a rare asset to find. We will definitely come back!

We really appreciated the welcome of Mr. Giulio, a truly kind and helpful person. The b&b offers several advantages, first of all the excellent location, close to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and a stone's throw from the sea, with the possibility to reach the various points of the coast with the wonderful beaches in 5 minutes by car.

We have just returned from 2 splendid weeks spent at Al Ponte. Let's start by saying that just the courtesy of the owners would already be worth the price of the stay (great Giulio!), but in reality the structure is really excellent: all new rooms and tastefully furnished, very close to the sea and super convenient to the services.\n\nA special mention to the cleanliness: enviable by many hotels, daily and with regular change of bed/bath linen. Impossible to feel bad for sure!\nWe will definitely come back! Long live the B&B Al Ponte!

Excellent B&B! Brand new structure just 10 steps from a magnificent free beach with equipped bathing establishments, really very nice and at great prices, beautiful, very clean and cared for in every detail with every type of comfort, really nothing is missing! In addition to everything that most B&Bs offer, each room also has a very convenient kitchen complete with all the accessories for cooking, very convenient for families, a large external veranda illuminated in the evening, complete with a shower for after the beach, sofas, a small table, and an outdoor umbrella to spend hours in tranquility! What about the manager, Giulio and his girlfriend are two really exquisite and helpful people who guide you by giving you every useful tip for those who are not from the area to spend a relaxing holiday worthy of the name! They even provide bikes and beach umbrellas for their guests free of charge! Thank you very much guys, we will gladly return, see you soon!

The structure is completely renovated, new, tidy, beautiful. It's hard to find such in Torre Lapillo. Our studio apartment was spotlessly clean, everything working perfectly. The bathroom was very nice with an extremely comfortable huge shower! Moreover, the provided shower gel was very pleasant. The furniture is modern and of excellent taste. The balcony, small as it was, had a clothesline with pegs and a table for dining. The house is second line to the sea but 20 m away. Beautiful rooftop terrace with free access. Very close to the center with market, bar, and shops. The managers also clean daily: a very welcome surprise! Giulio was very helpful both before arrival and during the stay. In short, highly recommended!

Fantastic structure, just steps away from the sea. The room was very beautiful and the managers were really helpful and kind. We had a great time and also appreciated the fact that we could use the terrace on top of the building. What can I say? Highly recommended and we will come back.

We stayed at Al Ponte for a week. The location is stunning. Not more than 30 meters from the sea. The structure has just been built. Both the exterior and interior are extremely well-kept and well done. The attention to detail is incredible. Cleanliness and care in the furniture truly impeccable. With the very welcome surprise of also finding 2 bikes at our disposal for free use. But, as if all this were not enough to highly recommend and endorse this modern, well-kept and elegant bed & breakfast, there is the added value of Giulio, Giuliana, and Elio. Guests one can only dream of having when going on vacation. Of a kindness, friendliness, and availability truly unprecedented.

The building is recently constructed. Extremely clean and bright rooms. It's located beachfront in the most beautiful part of Torre Lapillo. Just a stone's throw from the center. Free parking in front of the property. The very kind owners made us feel at home. Hospitality and place deserve a perfect score.

Brand new and very clean structure. The strength is the owners who showed a unique kindness and availability. Located 20 meters from the sea (free beach), the beach club is a bit further away, but it really only takes 3 minutes on foot. Free parking located on the avenue at the entrance of the structure. Breakfast included, not on site, but in a bar a few steps away. The apartment is fully equipped, from the induction hob and related dishes (including the coffee maker), to the new and very comfortable mattresses, from the large and spacious shower, to the hairdryer. Very clean and fragrant sheets. Private balcony with a table for 2-3 people, but of course there is a table for 4 in the room. Large terrace, shared for all 4 apartments, available for hanging clothes. Air-conditioned rooms and foldable shutters equipped with special mosquito nets. In short, we felt at home. Thank you.
