We received a wonderful welcome. The property is surrounded by greenery and suitable for relaxing away from the daily stress. Excellent choice not to install a TV in the property. Both dinner and breakfast, which offered both sweet and savory options, were excellent. We were very satisfied and if we have the opportunity, we will definitely come back.

Our stay at the Agriturismo Aia di San Giorgio was simply unforgettable! The food was incredibly delicious and everything was homemade – you can taste the fresh ingredients and the love that goes into each dish. Lucio, the host, was extremely attentive and with his warm personality made sure we lacked nothing. We were particularly impressed by the artistic charm of the place, especially the beautifully decorated dining room, which was designed with great attention to detail. Aia di San Giorgio is not just a place to relax, but also a small oasis of art. We can only highly recommend this place and we are already looking forward to our next visit! Thank you very much!

Wonderful stay. A homely atmosphere from the first minute, extreme courtesy from the owner, who assisted us throughout the stay with advice on the area for trips, excursions, visits, and activities. The manager, Lucio, is in turn a very kind and friendly person, always present and always ready to accommodate the customer's needs in the best possible way, along with the staff who represent the ideal combination of warmth and professionalism. Impeccable cleanliness inside and out, exquisite food, always fresh and well-cared for, good prices, strategic location for travel throughout Salento, excellent musical taste for a constant background that accompanied and enlivened our meals. I am impressed by the great care, kindness, and immediate understanding in accommodating customers' requests by the managers of this property. Breakfast, lunches, and dinners cooked with care. Proposals of local products always excellent! The rooms are very clean. The common areas are pleasantly furnished, accompanied by relaxing music.
