The Tenuta Santa Maria was a countryside house that welcomed the first tourists to Mattinata 40 years ago. Today, it has transformed into a modern residence featuring five comfortable apartments, nestled among ancient olive trees in the Gargano National Park.

Both the village and the sea are located just 500 meters away and can be easily reached on foot via a convenient walking path. Guests at this residence can expect a relaxing and family-friendly atmosphere: the apartments are modern and practical, and the owners personally attend to the guests’ needs with care and attention.
