Hi, I'm Marianna URBANO and I'm 58 years old.
I lived 35 years in France near Paris and 16 years in Luxembourg.
Here I am with my family, John, Alicia, Morgane, Enzo-Pio, Marianna.
I have been doing this job for 8 years with my family.
We take care of: we cook for the guests, we take care of the crops, we hold courses for the manufacture of orecchiette, spaghetti alla chitarra, typical Apulian sweets such as Cartellate, ravioli with ricotta, sugar and cinnamon from my Addolorata grandmother, cooking lessons with the Chef John DAVY della Porchetta and much more.
I decided to run a farmhouse to live in nature and enjoy my passion for wood and cooking.
