Agriturismo Lu Casale boasts an enviable calling card: Salento's tradition.
From the location, with seven rooms, to the cuisine, everything is infused with history and good taste. The B&B is an ancient Patrizia villa set in over 30,000 square meters of Mediterranean countryside, where children can have fun in the small playground and the outdoor pool. Moreover, the structure also has a large internal parking lot, convenient for heavy vehicles.
Special agreements are available for companies, transfer companies, small groups and organized study holidays.
The cuisine is local, with very fresh and seasonal products.

The breakfast consists of typical Salento food such as the special "pasticciotto", we also have a large variety of cakes, biscuits, fruit and so on.
We also have savory breakfast (preferably on request) where we can find meats and cheeses, bread, omelettes and how the rustic Lecce could be missing.

Restaurant
Years of experience and work have led to the novelty of Lu Casale: the catering service. The fruits of the earth are harvested shortly before being brought to the table and are the ideal base for typical Salento dishes and for their own production products, such as limoncello, laurel, quince paste.. The menu, strictly seasonal, enhances meat-based dishes (cooked on the grill of the large barbecue) and those based on vegetables grown on-site, tasty delicacies for the palate. Examples include appreciated fried foods (pittule, croquettes, meatballs, "mexicans", eggplant meatballs), "sagne ncannulate", white beans with wild chicory, "orecchiette alla leccese", "cecamariti", horsemeat stew, "municeddhri" (snails), a wide range of condiments for "friselle" and much more, all strictly prepared daily by our chefs. The advice is to start with the appetizer: 12 courses that are the prelude to what will happen at the table. To be paired with strictly Salento wines.

A wonderful and very peaceful place surrounded by greenery with an excellent structure, well-kept and clean rooms and not to mention the restaurant with dinners by the pool and great food, with a very kind staff but above all the wonderful and helpful owners. Definitely worth going back.
