I stayed at this B&B for one night for health reasons, and the proximity to the hospital proved to be really essential. The property is very easy to reach and is in a strategic location for those with hospital-related needs. I took the suite. It has nothing of a suite, there is a bed frame and mattress without a structure, an Ikea cabinet, and a small bed. The floor has tiles from the 1970s and a small bathroom without a window. Call it a bare room, not a junior suite.

Good choice for your money. The friendly owner told us in detail how to find his apartment. Clean room with everything you need. Good breakfast. Easy check-in and check-out. For a quick route from the apartment to the beach "Pane e Pomodoro" use the 2 bus stops around (see ground view on Google maps). We used bus E to the central bus station and then bus 12.

Great stay. Some observations, it would be better to specify that the rooms on the first floor are only accessible with a spiral staircase which is a bit uncomfortable and the bathrooms are outside the rooms; the kitchen use can only be used for breakfast.

Grazie Elisabetta della recensione, sono dispiaciuto che tu non sia stata soddisfatta al 100%, ricordando sempre che un b&b non è un albergo, così come i costi (la metà), posizione 7 vicina al villaggio del fanciullo che interessava a voi, colazione 5 con croissant, marmellata, nutella, Yogurt, latte, caffetteria lavazza a modo mio, the e tisane, biscotti, plum cake, crostatine e fette biscottate, miele. La scala è larga 2 metri, detta così sembra una cosa piccola e disagevole, la mia struttura non è adatta a persone disabili, è specificato. La cucina non fa parte dei servizi di un bed and breakfast, altrimenti non si chiamerebbe così (letto e colazione) e comunque vi è stata fatta utilizzare senza nessun sovrapprezzo, nessuna nota in merito. Grazie ancora per il vostro soggiorno augurandovi prossimamente di trovare un luogo che ben si adatti alle vostre esigenze. Nessun addebito per aver macchiato delle federe e degli asciugamani che ho dovuto buttare.

La signora purtroppo a causa di un imprevisto non ha soggiornato presso la mia struttura ed ha avuto una camera a parità di prezzo e trattamento presso un altro bed and breakfast poco più distante dal mio rispetto alla clinica Santa Maria che si trova a solo 230mt da Aback. Ha pensato bene di lasciare comunque una recensione anche se il B&B dove ha soggiornato è un altro! Va bene comunque, magari la prossima volta lo scriva così come ha avuto a costo zero la possibilità di fare il check-in alle 8:00 del mattino. Grazie.

Very nice structure located in a modern row house complex. Meticulous cleanliness and comfortable rooms. Very varied breakfast and excellent value for money. Very close to the polyclinic which was my objective. The availability and friendliness of Ermanno is much appreciated. Highly recommended.

Excellent value for money, the manager is an exceptional person, very clean and spacious rooms as well as bathrooms. At breakfast nothing is missing, Lavazza espresso coffee my way, yogurt, cereals, snacks, cake, cookies, jams, etc., I often go back in the area it is the best B&B.
