Description
The B&B Villa Saraceni, built in 2015, is a new structure immersed in the tranquility of the countryside, but only 3 km from the magnificent historic center of Vasto and a few steps from the wonderful Punta Aderci Nature Reserve. The villa, made of bricks, is surrounded by olive trees and offers a charming garden where you can relax, an outdoor space ideal for moments of relaxation, and a playground for children. Free Wi-Fi is available and the external parking is located just 100 meters along a public road. Our rooms are tastefully furnished and equipped with high-quality finishes. Our orthopedic mattresses guarantee optimal rest. Inside the rooms, you will find an LCD TV, air conditioning, a kettle for tea and coffee, a bathroom with bidet and shower, a hairdryer, and a courtesy kit.

The enchanting area of Vasto, located near the Aqualand water park and only 1.5 km from the Punta Penna reserve, awaits you. Vasto is a city situated in Abruzzo, on the splendid Costa dei Trabocchi. The city center is located on a hill from which you can admire the marvelous Golden Gulf of Abruzzo. The coastline stretches for twenty kilometers, offering wide beaches with golden sand and turquoise, clear and crystalline waters, perfect for children. You can also immerse yourself in unspoiled nature, between cliffs and pebbles, and admire the ancient "trabocchi" that make our coast unique and suggestive.

Vasto has always been recognized with the prestigious "Blue Flag of Italy" and is included in national and international rankings for the wonderful Punta Aderci Natural Reserve. But it's not just nature, Vasto also has a thousand-year-old history that dates back three thousand years. According to the legend of Diomede, who was voluntarily exiled on the southern coasts of Italy, he founded several cities, including "Histon". Fascinated by the beauty of the gulf and the promontory, he gave it this name because it reminded him of the "Monte Istone" of Corfu.

Vasto, built by the Frentani in the area of the current port, has been destroyed and rebuilt over the centuries. The city has been inhabited by the Romans, the Caldora, and the D'Avalos. Today, you can stroll through the historic center and visit numerous monuments, including the oldest Civic Museum in Abruzzo. Don't forget to take a walk to the port, from which you can take the hydrofoil to the Tremiti Islands and admire the second tallest lighthouse in Italy and the third in Europe.

Meglio di così non si può, abbiamo usato questo B&B come tappa per andare in Puglia (siamo una coppia di Torino) Non sono mai stato in un Hotel (perché sarebbe il nome giusto, B&B sembra un dispregiativo) così bello. veramente La ragazza che ci ha accolto era molto simpatica e disponibile in qualsiasi momento e qualsiasi nostro dubbio. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.

Ottima accoglienza e ospitalità, camera nuovissima e pulita, buona la colazione. Posizione comoda per raggiungere sia il mare che il centro dì Vasto che è stato una piacevolissima sorpresa, davvero una cittadina incantevole. Le uniche pecche sono state: essere svegliati la mattina dalle grida del bimbo della proprietaria e il prezzo leggermente alto per un B&B. Comunque consigliato.

Pulito, arioso, arredato con gusto e con grande cura dei dettagli, che rispondono anche ad esigenze pratiche spesso trascurate negli alloggi. Sara lo gestisce dimostrando di avere davvero a cuore il comfort degli ospiti, che accoglie in maniera amichevole e calda (e per i quali prepara anche le deliziose torte della colazione!). Speriamo di tornarci, un giorno!

Ambiente famigliare e accoglienza solare. Pulitissimo e munito di diversi confort. Stanze ordinate e bellissime con arredamento sofisticato e rilassante. Grande giardino dove è possibile rilassarsi nel verde e giochi per i bimbi. La colazione abbondante. Dolci di fatturato casalingo ottimi. Il b e b inoltre si trova a due passi dall'incantevole riserva naturale punta Aderci. Infine la gestrice Sara, simpaticissima solare e disponibile.

This was an AMAZING experience! Villa Saraceni is a gem! Sara is a great host. Everything was perfect: bedroom, breakfast, location. The room was extremely clean and it was great to be able to park inside. It was better than staying home! Thank you Sara! We will be back!

É come essere a casa. La camera è arredata con gusto, come la sala per la colazione. La pulizia è impeccabile. Risulta subito evidente che la proprietaria, Sara, svolge il proprio lavoro con grande passione. La struttura è immersa nella campagna e sicuramente in primavera/estate sarà bellissimo sedersi in giardino. Altro punto a favore è la presenza di parcheggio interno. Peccato essere rimasta solo pochi giorni. Di certo consiglierò questo B&B ad altre persone. Nuovamente grazie a Sara per l'accoglienza.

Voto 10 come i giorni trascorsi ! anche se per lavoro e non vacanza al bed and breakfast di Villa Saraceni mi sono sentito a casa. Ottimo in tutto dalla pulizia alla colazione eccellente alla struttura nuova e molto bella, possibilità di parcheggio interno auto, bel giardino dove riposare e guardare il paesaggio, camere comode e curate nei minimi particolari, wifi in camera veloce e sempre attivo, chicca di questo B&B Sara la titolare molto gentile e disponibile ci tornerei al volo ma questa volta in vacanza!

Se ci fossero voti più alti del 10, li avrei messi. Brava Sara, ottimo lavoro. La cosa che mi ha colpita di più è stata la grande attenzione ad ogni particolare, sia nella camera che negli spazi comuni. Tutto perfetto. Accogliente, sembra di stare a casa di una cara amica. Posto tranquillo, ma in 10 minuti di auto si è in spiaggia. Grazie.

Siamo stati in questo nuovissimo B&B dove ci siamo trovati davvero bene: clima familiare, massima disponibilità nel voler soddisfare eventuali richieste, cortesia e affabilità da parte dei padroni di casa, ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo. L'ubicazione è un po' decentrata rispetto al mare e alla città ma si raggiungono entrambe in pochi minuti. Tranquillità e riposo sono assicurati. Ottimo per famiglie (abbiamo soggiornato in una comoda stanza quadrupla) ad un passo dal parco acquatico Aqualand, tappa obbligata se si hanno bambini. Andando via nostra figlia ha detto: Mamma ci torniamo vero? Un grazie speciale a Sara e un bacio ai suoi splendidi bambini.

Villa Saraceni: un nome, una garanzia. Bellissima struttura a pochi chilometri dal mare e da Vasto centro, offre comfort e soprattutto pulizia. I gestori sono stati sempre disponibili e ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Al risveglio siamo stati coccolati da una buona colazione e da tanti dolci fatti da Sara (buonissimi). Le stanze sempre profumate e pulite, wi-fi sempre attivo, arredo carino ed essenziale senza dimenticare che la cosa più comoda di questa struttura sono i letti, elemento fondamentale per un buon riposo quando si è in vacanza. Insomma, da provare e, per noi, da riprovare.

La struttura è elegante e funzionale in tutte le sue parti, ed è dotata di comodi spazi esterni, le stanze sono curate e pulite, arredate con sobrietà e buon gusto, e riportano tutte una frase sulla parete love what you do - do what you love, decisamente appropriato in vacanza. Inoltre la villa è molto vicina ad uno dei punti più belli della costa adriatica, la riserva naturale di punta Aderci, un pezzo di paradiso, si trova infatti a circa due km da queste splendide spiagge nella fresca campagna della città di Vasto. Ringrazio Sara di avermi fatto sentire come a casa e delle mille gentilezze e vi mando un grande in bocca al lupo.
