Description

Villa Martina is a lovely country house where you will spend a happy and interesting holiday.

The house is really quiet because it is surrounded by olivetos, wheat fields and vineyards. You will admire the beauty of Mount Maiella from the north side of our site, as well as the Adriatic Sea from the east/west side.

When the weather is good you can clearly see the Tremiti Islands as well.

Our premises include a confortable enclosure, dedicated parking facilities, a porch and an Italian garden, which are all available to our guests. We also sell typical products.

Villa Martina was truly a nice surprise, immersed in the tranquility of olive trees and vineyards. A simple and clean family-run structure, our room overlooked a large terrace from which to enjoy the blue of the sea on the horizon during our aperitifs. Good breakfast, taken care of by Silvia, kind and attentive, sweet like her excellent freshly baked cakes. She also gave us great advice for places to visit. The location is 10 minutes from the Punta Aderci nature reserve and from Vasto, which surprised us with its charming center. Excellent value for money. We recommend it.

Finding a flaw in this establishment is really difficult. I was positively surprised by Silvia's courtesy and the tranquility found in this place. I recommend it to anyone looking to have a peaceful vacation away from the chaos.

Countryside structure among vineyards and olive groves, very comfortable, very quiet area away from the city chaos and easily reachable from State Road 16. Spacious and very clean room, equipped with air conditioning, TV and WiFi. Very comfortable bed. Abundant breakfast in a dedicated room with a wide selection and very friendly manager.

We arrived in the evening and found the gate already open and the keys at the door, all without problems, even for a clumsy person like me. In the morning, the lady was waiting for us with an almost family breakfast, we felt truly welcomed and appreciated. In the evening we spent, tranquility was in the air, my son was thrilled with the large park around the property, there was even a hammock that caught his attention. In conclusion, I also want to appreciate the human relationship that was established in the morning with the owner.

Friendly and helpful staff. If you want to spend some peaceful moments, Villa Martina B&B is the ideal place. There is also a kitchen available in case you want to prepare a meal on your own.

Hillside structure with a beautiful sea view. It is located just a few minutes from the city of Vasto and the beaches. The rooms are well-kept, clean, and modernly furnished, with air conditioning. The cleaning service is excellent. The manager, Fabio, is a very friendly and helpful person, always ready to provide advice on places to visit and places to eat. Breakfast is served on the outdoor patio with a spectacular view. Additionally, Fabio personally cooks some of the pastries served in the morning! The experience was very positive, highly recommended!

Structure suitable for those looking for peace and tranquility as it is in the open countryside. Maximum availability from Sonia, the owner. You can take long walks in nature around the B&B, or on the many trekking paths. Close to isolated beaches, 4-5 km away: Mottagrossa beach, Punta Penna beach, Punta Aderici beach... But also close to Marina di Vasto for those who want an equipped beach. Also close to the Trabocchi cycle path, a route that can be covered for almost 100 km, some sections are asphalted, others with gravel, a few paths are on main roads; on the web, you can find all the descriptions of the cycle path. Recommendation.

The structure is located on a hill from which you can see the whole panorama and easily reach both the center of Vasto and the surrounding area. The rooms are well furnished and well equipped, the breakfast is abundant and provided with excellent homemade desserts. Special mention goes to the owner and her family, all kind and very helpful.

The only positive note is the owner, very helpful and friendly. The structure is not new and the room where we stayed is really dark. There is no privacy as everything echoes from the other rooms. The bathroom was in poor condition with an obsolete shower, the toilet seat unstable, broken, and the quality of breakfast products very low. The coffee machine makes cold coffee. No comment.

Grazie per avermi definito simpatica e disponibile. La mia disponibilità, appunto, contraddistingue i servizi di Villa Martina. Se solo aveste accennato ai vostri disagi avrei potuto cambiarvi stanza, visto che il periodo me lo consentiva, addirittura trovarvi alloggio altrove. La struttura ha circa 15 anni, è difficile sposare i gusti personali di ogni cliente, anche se tutti gli ospiti che hanno alloggiato nella vostra stanza l’hanno definita confortevole e tranquilla. Appena ho letto questa recensione ho chiamato un operaio per sistemare l’asse traballante wc. Ne io ne lui abbiamo riscontrato problemi, mi impegnerò a provarla di persona… Sono spiacente di constatare che valuti i miei prodotti per la colazione scadenti. Avendo studiato sia alle superiori che all'università la merceologia, dedico molta attenzione agli alimenti, leggo le etichette, mi informo sulla qualità e la provenienza degli ingredienti a prescindere dalle marche. Alla colazione presto molta attenzione. Sulla macchina del caffè ammetto che era accesa da poco quella mattina, avendovi avvisato, sarebbe stato meglio aspettare pochi minuti per un caffè più caldo. Villa Martina mette al centro della propria attività il benessere dei propri clienti, vi avrei coccolato al meglio, bastava chiedere. Un saluto affettuoso Sonia.

Enchanting location, I stayed here for 4 days, away from the city noises and very close to the beaches of Punta Penna and Motta Grossa. A real cure-all for those who want to rest. Close to the beaches of Vasto Marina, Acqualand, and all the conveniences of the city. Mr. Luigi is friendly and very helpful, ask him for all the information and a whole world will open up to you. Excellent.

We chose Villa Martina B&B as a stopover on a longer trip and we had a great time. The owner is very kind and helpful, the structure is well-kept and very clean, located in a quiet and peaceful position among the Abruzzo vineyards and olive groves. Enchanting location, immersed in the greenery but very close to the Punta Aderci reserve. Cleanliness, comfort, and kindness of the property make the difference, highly recommended! Excellent structure: comfortable and clean rooms. Luigi is a friendly and helpful manager. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, this is the right place. Of course, being in the middle of the countryside rich in olive groves and vineyards, a car (or other means of transportation) is necessary for any movement. Highly recommended.
