It was Stefano's idea to change part of the house into a B&B: ingenious and whim sical landlord, he provides merriment and sympathy as well as fresh fruit, since he works in the field of fruit import-export.

The house managementis totally entrusted to his wife Elisabetta, who personalized the whole house thanks to her creativity and manual skills, ensuring guests welcome and well being.

We are located in Verona at a strategic point: 4 km from the city center, 20 km from Lake Garda, 4 km from the train station, and 9 km from the airport. The city center, the Arena, the Fair, and the train station are easily accessible by public transport, and Lake Garda is about a 15-minute journey away. The accommodation was tastefully furnished and decorated. The bathroom was particularly large. There was a terrace. Only the chairs were uncomfortable. Bicycles could be securely stored. A special corner for an unforgettable evening. We stayed at B&B Vispa Teresa for just one night, on the occasion of the Jovanotti concert at the Arena in Verona… and it was an excellent choice! The structure is a small jewel: cared for in every detail, welcoming, spotless, and furnished in a warm and refined style that makes you feel right at home. Our room was quiet, bright, and truly comfortable, ideal for resting after an energy-filled evening. The bathroom, spacious and well-kept, was a real plus! A special mention goes to Elisabetta, the owner: kind, attentive, passionate about her work. She welcomed us with a smile that made everything simple and pleasant, even though we were only there for a short time. The breakfast in the morning, abundant and genuine, was the icing on the cake before we left. The B&B is located in a quiet area but is convenient to reach the center and the Arena, with very convenient internal parking. In short: a place to return to. If we happen to be in Verona again, we already know where we will go to sleep. Thank you, Elisabetta!

More than excellent. A very welcoming structure, tastefully furnished and cared for in every detail, both internally and externally. Impeccable cleanliness, fragrant environments and furnishings. Comfortable bed linen, pillows and mattress. Even I, who usually struggle to sleep outside my bed, rested very well. The bathroom (this is how I can define it) is a wonder, with an antique wooden countertop and spectacular, not to mention the "spatial" shower, also in the sense that it is very spacious. Abundant and genuine breakfast, truly unparalleled and prepared with care. The icing on the cake, however, is the delightful Elisabetta, who graciously and discreetly welcomes us and, upon request, gladly tells the stories of her curious furnishings and decor. She gives valuable advice for an optimal stay, even for eating and parking in the city center. Following her tips, for a morning in the center and a concert at the Arena, we spent only 50 cents for parking in total. The convenient internal parking at the structure, protected by a gate, was also greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this cozy nest, where you feel welcomed like at a friend's house, in a soft atmosphere. I hope to have the opportunity to return soon.

This wonderful structure exceeded our expectations: the welcome from Mrs. Elisabetta was exceptional, the atmosphere is fairy-tale like, sleeping very well, without noise, surrounded by nature even though located in a strategic area in the city. Abundant breakfast, we found everything for every taste. The furniture, the finishes, the attention to detail leave one speechless! We couldn't have found better!

I can simply say, stunning. The decor is nice, elegant, vintage, and antique. Everywhere you turn there is something to look at and comment on, especially created by the owner herself who has taken care of every little detail in those rooms. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and flats in many countries, but I must admit that Vispa Teresa ticked all the boxes for us. We will definitely come back to stay again at Vispa Teresa not only to visit sunny Verona but to relax and stay again peacefully at this lovely, beautiful place. The apartment is perfect: safely located, secured by entry gates, spacious (can easily fit six people), beautifully decorated, cosy, comfortable. We could not find even one thing slightly off with this place. The hosts, Stefano and Elisabetta, are excellent people. They picked up my parents from the airport while my wife and I were driving to Verona from Venice. They gave us the best hints on what to do, where to visit and what to eat: they made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We had a brilliant, lovely stay at Vispa Teresa while visiting Verona and its whereabouts. I will give Vispa Teresa 10 out of 10.
