Villa Rossella is a historic farmhouse from 1890, nestled in the tranquility of the Camalavicina countryside in Castelnuovo del Garda. It is conveniently located for access to Peschiera del Garda, Lake Garda, and the Mincio Park. After careful renovation, part of the villa has been designated for hospitality, preserving the private and family-oriented character of a personal residence.

The interiors are bright, simply decorated, and feature shabby-chic details. Each room includes a private bathroom, air conditioning, satellite TV, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, free Wi-Fi, and high-quality mattresses designed to ensure a restful sleep amidst the peaceful countryside. Almost all accommodations also come with a mini-kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, providing a practical option for guests seeking more independence during their stay.

Outside, the villa offers relaxing spaces: a 12.5 x 6 meter swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and deck chairs, a gazebo furnished with chairs and a small sofa, a garden featuring wisteria, magnolias, and paulownia tomentosa, as well as a secure, enclosed parking area at no extra cost. The old well still present in the garden adds an authentic charm to the home's history.

Verona is about 20 kilometers away from our property, a city exceptionally rich in history and culture, renowned for the famous Shakespearean tale of Juliet and Romeo.
