Description
Villa Emma is located in a peaceful area of Mestre, near San Giuliano Park, just a 15-minute tram ride from Venice and a 15-minute walk from the city center. Our location and the surrounding area offer our guests the opportunity to take long walks in nature, visit the many gardens, and explore the beautiful countryside. You can also go shopping, taste local products thanks to the food and wine itineraries, attend cultural events and exhibitions.

The local transport company provides a frequent daytime service to Mestre train station and Venice's Marco Polo airport, both just 15 minutes from the property. If you arrive by car, it is less than 10 minutes from the highway exit. We do not have private parking, but you can park your car near the house as the area is safe and free.

We have four double rooms and one single room, all equipped with a private bathroom, LED TV, mini-fridge, and Wi-Fi internet connection. Bed linen and towels are included. Guests also have access to a comfortable and well-equipped kitchen. To make your stay more comfortable, you will be given the keys to your room and the property, as well as tourist information to help you explore Venice and the surrounding areas.

Villa Emma is located in a very quiet area of Mestre just 10 minutes walk from the center and as many from the San Giuliano Park.

The area is very well served by public transport.

The historic center of Venice is 10 minutes away and is guaranteed by trams during the day, with a frequency of 8 minutes, and all night by buses, one every 20 minutes.

Also the connection with the Mestre train station and the Marco Polo airport of Venice is always served by the local transport company with day service coverage and sufficiently frequent, both 15 minutes from the hotel.

Simple structure in a very quiet area of Mestre. Personally, I liked it a lot and if there is an opportunity, I will definitely come back. Clean room, comfortable bed. I felt good.

Perfect!! The host was very kind, nice location. Very close to the Tram stop, and there are supermarket, restaurant, Pizzeria nearby. It is easy to access Venice by the tram.

I was greeted with total courtesy by the managers. The cleanliness of the premises is impeccable. The area is very quiet and close to public transport stops. Nearby there are grocery stores of excellent quality. Good parking possibilities.

The room was furnished in an essential but clean way. The television did not have the usual digital channels but was connected to the Internet, giving the possibility to watch only YouTube for free. A fully equipped kitchen is available to guests. The manager and the mother, friendly and helpful. Overall a good place to stay for those intending to visit Venice.

Darío was very flexible with the check-in times, he explained to us how to get around. The place is comfortable, beautiful and close to the beauties of Villa Emma. A few steps away there are shops to buy everything, and places to eat and walk.

Great stay at Villa Emma, I thank Dario for his welcome. Very clean accommodation, in a quiet house and very well located in relation to public transport. 2 minutes from tram 1 to Venice, 15 minutes journey. 7 minutes by bus 15 to the airport. You can reach the center of Mestre in 15 minutes on foot. It's ideal for visiting Venice. I recommend!

Very nice house and well located near the tram. The room is spacious, clean, equipped with a small fridge, a bathroom with shower and toilet. This is very practical. We have access to a very functional kitchen. Our host is very discreet, pleasant and concerned about our well-being.

Da questo B&B si è vicini a Mestre che come città vale poco, mentre invece basta prendere un mezzo e si arriva a Venezia che è una delle città più belle d'Italia e dove c'è moltissimo da vedere. Il B&B ha anche una cucina dove uno si può preparare del cibo senza dover andare al ristorante. Il gestore è simpatico ed alla mano. Mi dispiace solo che quando io ho pernottato non mi ha funzionato né internet né la TV. Qualità prezzo buono.

Villa Emma è una vecchia casa, ora gestita dal figlio dell'antica proprietaria, situata a Mestre ma veramente molto vicina a Piazzale Roma, solo sette km separano la mia meta dal luogo in cui soggiorno. Il B&B l'ho trovato pulito (non adatto a chi desidera l'eccellenza) ma non attento ai particolari, in stile completamente casalingo: la cucina è lasciata liberamente a disposizione dei clienti i quali possono utilizzarla come meglio credono a patto che venga, giustamente, lasciata pulita per tutti gli inquilini. Inizialmente questo mi ha lasciata un poco perplessa, non amo molto mangiare in piatti lavati da persone che non conosco e che non so come si curano, per questo ho scelto la seconda opzione: in ogni camera è presente un piccolo Frigorifero che ho utilizzato per la spesa fatta in un supermercato nelle vicinanze. Serenità, armonia e calore rendono il soggiorno veramente piacevole.

Il B&B è inserito in una casetta con piccolo giardino in una zona residenziale e tranquilla di Mestre con molto verde. Le stanze sono arredate in maniera sobria ed essenziale, ma piacevole e sono ben pulite. A disposizione degli ospiti c'è una cucina attrezzata e sono ammessi anche i cani. I gestori sono molto gentili. Mi sono trovata molto bene e direi che il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo.

Io e la mia famiglia non abbiamo parole per descrivere lo splendore di questo B&B e la bontà, disponibilità della padrone Emma. Un panorama fantastico e una villa stupenda, stanze super pulite e una super colazione preparata dalla splendida Emma, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Purtroppo abbiamo trascorso solo un giorno in questo fantastico sogno, ma ci ritorneremo molto presto, lo consiglio a tutti. Grazie di tutto Emma, sei fantastica.
