Description
Villa Emma is located in a peaceful area of Mestre, near San Giuliano Park, just a 15-minute tram ride from Venice and a 15-minute walk from the city center. Our location and the surrounding area offer our guests the opportunity to take long walks in nature, visit the many gardens, and explore the beautiful countryside. You can also go shopping, taste local products thanks to the food and wine itineraries, attend cultural events and exhibitions.

The local transport company provides a frequent daytime service to Mestre train station and Venice's Marco Polo airport, both just 15 minutes from the property. If you arrive by car, it is less than 10 minutes from the highway exit. We do not have private parking, but you can park your car near the house as the area is safe and free.

We have four double rooms and one single room, all equipped with a private bathroom, LED TV, mini-fridge, and Wi-Fi internet connection. Bed linen and towels are included. Guests also have access to a comfortable and well-equipped kitchen. To make your stay more comfortable, you will be given the keys to your room and the property, as well as tourist information to help you explore Venice and the surrounding areas.

Villa Emma is located in a very quiet area of Mestre just 10 minutes walk from the center and as many from the San Giuliano Park.

The area is very well served by public transport.

The historic center of Venice is 10 minutes away and is guaranteed by trams during the day, with a frequency of 8 minutes, and all night by buses, one every 20 minutes.

Also the connection with the Mestre train station and the Marco Polo airport of Venice is always served by the local transport company with day service coverage and sufficiently frequent, both 15 minutes from the hotel.

Excellent stay. Clean, equipped, and welcoming room. The manager is available and kind. The area is well supplied with a supermarket, bar, tobacco shop, etc. Just a stone's throw from the bus stop, so it is perfectly connected to Venice. Highly recommended.

Perfect!! The host was very kind, nice location. Very close to the Tram stop, and there are supermarket, restaurant, Pizzeria nearby. It is easy to access Venice by the tram.

I was greeted with total courtesy by the managers. The cleanliness of the premises is impeccable. The area is very quiet and close to public transport stops. Nearby there are grocery stores of excellent quality. Good parking possibilities.

The room was furnished in an essential but clean way. The television did not have the usual digital channels but was connected to the Internet, giving the possibility to watch only YouTube for free. A fully equipped kitchen is available to guests. The manager and the mother, friendly and helpful. Overall a good place to stay for those intending to visit Venice.

Darío was very flexible with the check-in times, he explained to us how to get around. The place is comfortable, beautiful and close to the beauties of Villa Emma. A few steps away there are shops to buy everything, and places to eat and walk.

Great stay at Villa Emma, I thank Dario for his welcome. Very clean accommodation, in a quiet house and very well located in relation to public transport. 2 minutes from tram 1 to Venice, 15 minutes journey. 7 minutes by bus 15 to the airport. You can reach the center of Mestre in 15 minutes on foot. It's ideal for visiting Venice. I recommend!

From this B&B you are close to Mestre, which as a city is of little value, while instead just take a means of transport and you will arrive in Venice, one of the most beautiful cities in Italy, where there is much to see. The B&B also has a kitchen where you can prepare food without having to go to a restaurant. The manager is friendly and laid-back. I am just sorry that when I stayed, neither the internet nor the TV worked. Good value for money.

Villa Emma is an old house, now managed by the son of the ancient owner, located in Mestre but really very close to Piazzale Roma, only seven kilometers separate my destination from the place where I stay. I found the B&B clean (not suitable for those who desire excellence) but not attentive to details, in a completely homely style: the kitchen is freely available to guests who can use it as they wish as long as it is, rightly, left clean for all tenants. Initially, this left me a little puzzled, I do not like to eat on dishes washed by people I do not know and who I do not know how they take care of them, for this reason, I chose the second option: in each room, there is a small refrigerator that I used for the groceries made in a nearby supermarket. Serenity, harmony, and warmth make the stay really pleasant.

The B&B is located in a small house with a small garden in a residential and quiet area of Mestre with a lot of greenery. The rooms are furnished in a sober and essential way, but pleasant and are well cleaned. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and dogs are also allowed. The hosts are very kind. I had a very good experience and I would say that the quality-price ratio is excellent.

My family and I have no words to describe the splendor of this B&B and the kindness and availability of the owner Emma. A fantastic view and a stunning villa, super clean rooms, and a wonderful breakfast prepared by the lovely Emma, everything is taken care of in the smallest details. Unfortunately, we only spent one day in this fantastic dream, but we will return very soon. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you for everything Emma, you are fantastic.
