The property is located a 10-minute walk from the Arena in a quiet and central square. The room was spacious, modern, well-kept, and pleasant. The bathroom had a spacious shower and everything seemed very functional to us. We greatly appreciated that there was also a kettle and sachets of tea and soluble coffee, with a mini fridge in the room that allowed us to have breakfast in the room without any problems. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Well-furnished apartment, with all the comforts, impeccable cleanliness, and a breathtaking view of the Arena, which we really had right in front of us! Excellent value for money.

Al nostro arrivo, abbiamo effettuato il check-in e ci hanno accompagnato all'appartamento (la reception si trova a pochi minuti di distanza dall'appartamento).
L'appartamento, situato al primo piano della struttura, offre una visuale parziale sull'Arena, visibile da tutti e tre i balconcini. La sua posizione permette di raggiungere le principali attrazioni della città comodamente a piedi.
Inoltre, per chi arriva dalla stazione, ci sono diverse linee di autobus che fermano in Piazza Bra.
L'interno è moderno, ben arredato, pulito, luminoso e ben insonorizzato (nella stessa via, sono presenti locali aperti fino a tarda notte e musica).
