Convenient structure for those who want to visit Venice. Well served by public transport. Quiet area.

The owner was punctual and detailed in giving me all the information about the house, and I would even say he was thoughtful in suggesting how to avoid passing through the station late at night - which worried me a bit. The accommodation itself is a bit dated with furnishings and sanitary fixtures from "grandma's house", but that doesn't mean it wasn't clean and tidy. Moreover, it is located in a residential alley where no cars pass, so it is quiet and peaceful. It will certainly be my reference point for my future trips to Venice!

We had a great time at Andrea's. He was always available. He even drove us with his car for a necessity. The structure is very convenient for taking public transport to Venice. The private parking is also greatly appreciated.

Accommodation in a residential area of Mestre, quiet and excellent in terms of services. Excellent location, less than 10 minutes from the bus stop that takes you directly to Venice. The owner Andrea was very kind, super helpful in giving us tips on how to spend two beautiful days in Venice. Highly recommended.

The rooms are very small, for one person it could be okay, but for 2 people, just enough for sleeping. The bathroom is very small and you have to contort yourself to get into the shower box. Only room #4 is worth it.

"Small but suitable for me". A room complete with everything you need, with standard breakfast ten minutes from Mestre station. Excellent value for money. Very kind owner.

Very friendly, I could leave my bag in the morning as I arrived by night train. This way I could spend the day comfortably without stress. The communication via Whats App was also good. Unfortunately, the room is very noisy when other guests arrive in the evening.

Excellent welcome from Andrea, the breakfast leaves something to be desired, otherwise not bad.

Everything perfect.

Great welcome and availability of the manager. Location of the property near public transport. To improve the breakfast made only by snacks, biscuits and single-portion jams without the presence of fruit juices or yogurt. The sore point is the lack of air conditioning in the rooms and mosquito nets on the windows.

I had the pleasure of staying with my husband at this property. The room was new, clean and well furnished, and the value for money was good. It is located in a quiet area close to the bus stop we used to go to Venice.\n\nAndrea is a kind and helpful person, who gave us excellent advice both for visiting Venice - we bought a 24-hour ticket to use all public transport, including the vaporetto to move around Venice - and for restaurants.\n\nWe thank Andrea for hosting us and if we pass through this area, we will definitely return to Tre Gondole.\n\n

Good morning, we are Carmelo and Dolly, we stayed at Tre Gondole and we had a great time. The place is located 10 minutes from the Venezia Mestre station and it is very convenient to reach the lagoon with many means of transportation and a reasonable time. The room is very clean and the welcome was very pleasant. Andrea is the kind of host all bed and breakfast customers would like to have, kind, helpful, and very generous with advice. The place is very quiet and we highly recommend it. Of course, we will return to visit Andrea soon.

Room a bit dated but clean, comfortable common areas (there is also a small balcony), extremely kind and helpful manager. I would recommend improvements on the fridge (some available water, closed, would be useful), additions to breakfast (e.g. fruit juices) and in the bathroom (e.g. disposable soaps). Location a bit far from the station but nothing prohibitive (15 minutes on foot, bus stop at 2). Overall a good solution in relation to the offers in Mestre, a bit expensive in absolute terms.

The manager is very kind and the price is very honest, if it weren't for the lack of air conditioning that makes it impossible to sleep with the July heat. A dusting under the bed wouldn't hurt. For the rest, everything is ok.

I stayed for one night, with a last-minute booking: attractive price and transparent offer. The owner is punctual in chat and exhaustive at check-in, very cordial and also hospitable. The Bed & Breakfast is about ten minutes’ walk from Mestre train station: to understand how to reach it, just take a quick look at Google Maps (in summary, you have to walk straight ahead and still straight ahead, turn left and walk again and again, until on the right you reach the B&B street, where you walk for a few minutes). Accommodation for “everyone”: versatile, for example, suitable for a business trip as well as a couple's vacation. The room with private bathroom has a double bed, it is spacious, with an armchair and a TV connected to Mediaset and a few other networks. The bathroom has the essentials (no bidet, nor would there be space to install it, but patience) for a business trip, possibly even medium-term. In the room, there is a clothes hanger, a chest of drawers, and a small wardrobe — with hangers for different types of clothing and a shelf for shoes —. There is also a comfortable “armchair”, where you can sit to read a newspaper or have a coffee and feel like playing the role of a wealthy character in a movie or TV series. The armchair is next to a small table, with everything necessary offered by the owner for breakfast: a coffee cup, a tea cup, a saucer, a teaspoon, and some snacks (two jams, some packaged brioches, rusks). In the kitchen (shared with the other rooms) there is a microwave and a coffee or hot water machine. The bathroom water is drinkable, as stated on the paper sheet hanging near the shared kitchen (in truth, the sheet could also be replicated and hung in the bathrooms, for the most distracted like me: I had not asked the owner and spent the whole night doubting and thirsty, only in the morning at checkout did I notice the notice). The owner is also available to leave a bottle of fresh milk in the early morning, upon request. Meals: for those who do not have dinners or lunches already organized, the owner can precisely indicate places for a quick but satisfying meal. Leaves the possibility of home orders. For smokers, there is a balcony accessible from the shared kitchen. Bed: comfortable, well-kept. For those, like me, who cannot stand any light at night, the windows (with shutters, as well as useful curtains in the morning for privacy compared to the neighborhood, however distant enough) and the door filter out any possible external light source. The soundproofing, on the other hand, is relative, because the common area is adjacent to the room and you can hear everything: no problem, however, as long as you trust that the other guests behave politely and sleep as if there was no noise or as when at home there are relatives or hosted partners. Room temperature adjustable according to needs: even the chilliest can rest assured, at most bring a sweater, but between blankets at night and a general balance of the structure it is difficult to suffer from cold. Cleaning of spaces (therefore, both bathroom and room): not being an inspector, nor knowing the current rules, I can only share the satisfaction for a state certainly corresponding to my expectations and very comfortable. Should I need to stay overnight outside Mestre or recommend places to acquaintances, I will suggest without hesitation

The structure is strategically located, being just a few hundred meters from bus stop number 2 to Tre Gondole. The owner is very kind and generous with advice on how to orient yourself and move in the best possible way both in Mestre and in Venice and the smaller islands.

Excellent facility to reach Venice in 15 minutes. Very comfortable! Functional, clean room and welcoming manager, full of suggestions. I recommend it to those who want to visit Venice without spending a fortune.

The room is small but very comfortable. Bathroom is very small and without bidet. The neighborhood is not the best, but the location is very convenient for connections to Venice. Super host! Attentive, helpful, kind, and friendly. Pity for the covid period that forced breakfast in the room with packaged goods. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

Andrea is a good, kind, and reliable person, makes you feel comfortable and is always available. I highly recommend him.

We stayed at the B&B Tre Gondole during the Venice Carnival. The room is a bit small but with all the comforts. Bathroom in the room, breakfast with packaged but very good and varied products and the coffee/milk machine is definitely good! Very convenient to reach Venice by train or, even better, by bus. The kindness and availability of the manager (Andrea) in solving problems and providing information was truly excellent! We will definitely come back.

B&B very comfortable for those who want to then move to Venice, as it is a short 10-minute walk from the station. It is in a green and quiet area. There are 3 rooms and we were in the 3rd one. Spacious room with ceiling fans and fans (floor and bedside). Bathroom, in the room, airy with shower (in case the bidet is missing). Very witty but absolutely useful curiosity: electric mosquito racket provided. It was very useful to us. Good breakfast, with snacks, single-portion packaged jams, rusks, automatic coffee machine, and microwave. If desired, I believe for longer stays, under the coffee machine there is the washing machine. Andrea, an exquisite host. Friendly and helpful, he explained to us how to move around and where to eat. We had a very good time.

B&B in a strategic position to reach Venice. The bus stop is 450 meters away and near the tobacco shop to buy tickets. In the surroundings there are also pizzerias and taverns where you can have dinner. Apartment with 3 bedrooms and respective bathrooms, breakfast room and entrance. Our room had a bathroom without a bidet: if you want to have it I recommend inquiring about the other rooms. Also, the step of the shower was rather high, so entering and exiting was a bit difficult. Breakfast composed of snacks, rusks, biscuits, and an automatic machine for hot drinks. The manager is very friendly and hospitable, gives advice and information on transportation and Venice. Good value for money.

The property is in a very convenient location to reach the station, in a quiet area. It is the ideal base for visiting Venice. The room is small but nice and functional. The furniture is new, the bed comfortable, the bathroom clean. The breakfast is plentiful. We only stayed one night because we were heading to Austria, but we will definitely come back on another occasion. The manager of the property, Andrea, is really kind and helpful. Excellent value for money.

The Bed and Breakfast is in a great location: just outside the property - walking a few hundred meters - you will find bus stop number 2 that in fifteen minutes takes you to Venice, to Piazzale Roma; it runs every ten minutes. The room was clean and very nice and the neighborhood very quiet. Andrea, the manager, is courteous and very helpful; he gave us many tips on how to get around in Venice and Mestre. I recommend it for the excellent value for money.

I recommend this corner of paradise. I stayed for one week with my girlfriend and it was a fabulous week! Although it is not a hotel with a million rooms, I definitely prefer a place like this, not to mention the bed and breakfast itself. The location is extraordinary both for the air you breathe and for the peace and tranquility that I believe can only be found on a Caribbean island. Moreover, it is easily reachable in a short time from Mestre central station and allows you to get to the city center very quickly. Speaking of the bed and breakfast Tre Gondole, I can say that the first quality of this magnificent place is the courtesy and hospitality of the owner, Andrea, a truly accommodating person who does not lack anything for his clientele. Additionally, the place is really comfortable and intimate, in my opinion, ideal for a couple looking to spend some time in complete relaxation and intimacy. Breakfast in the morning is truly a delight, from the tartlets (chocolate and jam) to the croissants (cream and jam) and the plumcake, I would say excellent! Not to mention the super coffee machine, which I adore, for cappuccinos and tea. In conclusion, it is definitely a place to try and I can't wait to return as soon as possible. I recommend it to anyone looking to spend a week in true relaxation.

The place is easily reachable on foot from the central station of Mestre. It is located exactly halfway between the city center and the station, which makes getting around practical and fast. Furthermore, there are numerous bus stops on the main street and any kind of service (for example, tobacco shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, banks). The service in the bed and breakfast is satisfactory, and the owner is always available for any information and is always very kind and friendly. It is mainly recommended for couples and families with a maximum of three people.
