The Corradin family (Papà Aurelio, Mamma Rosalena and children Cinzia, Sereno and Gino) has managed the Alla Rosa hotel and restaurant since opening in 1984. Our establishment has always been a family affair, passed down from generation to generation. The name of the hotel, in fact, comes from our great-grandmother, “Rosa”, who first started the business in 1900 and since then the hotel has always been family-run.
In our restaurant you will discover the best local cuisine, and relax in the warm and hospitable atmosphere. We like to think of every customer as our honoured guest and do our best to make you feel at home.
The Alla Rosa Hotel has six modern and spacious rooms, all on the top floor, each with its own balcony overlooking both the Vicenza valley and the Lusiana mountains. You can choose between three double rooms, two triple rooms and one single room. Extra beds can be added on request.

Breakfast with fresh bread and bread just toasted, butter, jam of the zone and when possible we serve jam of our production. Fruit's juice, fresh brioche, fresh fruit, yogurt, sweets hand made, cereals, coffee and milk. Cheeses of the zone and (when available) fresh ricotta of Malga. Cappuccino, you and infusions to various tastes.
Restaurant
The kitchen is run by Mamma Rosy and Sereno. The menu follows the seasonal rhythm and is the result of a careful search for local ingredients that, combined with the three main ingredients of Love, Imagination, and Passion, give life to delicious dishes. Some recipes have been passed down from our grandmother.
The chefs enjoy preparing homemade pasta such as bigoli, gnocchi, and pie, while excellent risottos can be tasted upon request. During the spring season, dishes with wild herbs collected from our fields and forests can be found, while in the autumn season, dishes with fruit, mushrooms, walnuts, and chestnuts are offered.
For lovers of main courses, in addition to classic Venetian dishes such as Veal Osso Buco with polenta and Vicentina-style Cod, game meats such as deer, roe deer, and wild boar can be tasted. Grilled meat is the highlight of our cuisine, such as Beef or Venison Tagliatas and Florentine-style Ribeye Steaks. Upon request, special meats such as Ostrich Tagliatas, Kangaroo Tagliatas, and Bison can also be tasted.
The desserts are strictly prepared by Sereno, in addition to traditional homemade sweets, new and creative desserts are offered that always amaze and satisfy everyone's taste. Decorated and personalized desserts are also prepared for special occasions such as baptisms, confirmations, communions, wedding anniversaries, and birthdays.
To accompany our menus, we have a rich wine list that is studied and updated by Gino, the youngest of us siblings.

A family-run establishment where you immediately feel at home: the managers are kind, very helpful and attentive to every request, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathroom impeccable, the furnishings in perfect condition. The breakfast is varied and abundant, the dinner excellent, and the quality/price ratio is great. Trattoria Locanda Alla Rosa was a pleasant discovery. To come back!

This property is located high up in the mountains in Lusiana. This is a family-run B&B that has a great restaurant where English is spoken. The rooms are large and well-maintained. The whole property is a credit to the owners. We will be returning soon.
