Elena and Guido would be happy to welcome you to their charming villa in a peaceful setting only a few steps away from the historical centre of Peschiera del Garda.

All our spacious rooms have private bathrooms and are equipped with SAT-TV and Air-Conditioning.

Accommodation five minutes' walk from the center of Peschiera and the lake. Spacious room with private bathroom. Shared kitchen on the first floor where you can cook and keep groceries in the fridge, and where the owner would provide breakfast with cakes and croissants every morning.

A really good place near the city center and within walking distance of the station. The room had a mini fridge and good air conditioning, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We especially liked the kitchen, where we could cook some simple food for ourselves, and the friendly and helpful owner. Overall we had a really good experience in this property.

Perfect structure as a base, pleasant room equipped with every comfort. Breakfast, although not provided at the time of booking, included a kitchen with everything needed for self-catering and some croissants and slices of cake. Everything was very appreciated. It was a pleasure to stay with you on the way back from Gardaland.

Great accommodation. Elena does not offer breakfast, but there is a coffee machine available that can be used at any time. Additionally, toast and croissants are ready in the morning. We were very satisfied.

The accommodation is really top-notch! We were warmly welcomed and bringing a dog was not a problem. The accommodation is a 14-minute walk away. It is positive that you can park directly at the accommodation. Shops, etc. are located immediately nearby. The rooms are large and clean! It was really a great vacation!

The structure is extremely comfortable. Large and clean room, spacious common area with fridge and oven where delicious slices of cakes are always placed in the morning and a selection of croissants. Very convenient location for the center, the boarding area, and the station but we walk a lot and 25 meters to the station in the beautiful Peschiera are ok. The last stretch of road is slightly uphill. Nearby there is bike rental and for those who are by car the parking didn't seem to be a problem.

15 minutes to city center. Nice and clean room. Breakfast with fresh bread and coffee. We were a family of 4, so would appreciate a bit bigger room for the future. Friendly hosts and the dog.

Great location to reach the center in a quiet area, behind the walls and close to the bike path to Mantua. Self-service breakfast with delicious cakes and giant croissants equally good. Well-maintained structure and very kind managers. Absolutely recommended.

In short, a wonderful experience. The breakfast could have scored better as it is minimalist, however it is advertised to have no breakfast whatsoever, therefore an above average score. Besides, there is the possibility to cook your own breakfast in a tidy kitchen. The hostess was really nice and very helpful in trying to arrange multiple things for us, furthermore she was easily accessible by phone. The location is up a hill and a bit away from the main city, however, as a few other reviewers before me have stated; there are bikes available for visitors' use, which makes the distance from the center almost nonexistent and creates the perfect distance away from all the hustle and bustle in the town center, but close enough to go anywhere by bike. The price-quality ratio was extraordinary, as we had a beautiful room with outside seating and, most importantly, with air conditioning. All in all, a great way to spend your time (and money) for a nice week off at Lake Garda, and we surely recommend this bed and breakfast!
