The "Delux" Palazzetto hosts two separate units dedicated to micro-accommodation:
- The Delux Apartment: is an independent apartment consisting of a bright living room with dining and relaxation area, equipped kitchen, double bedroom with windowed bathroom with shower;
- The Delux Mini Suite: is a separate area located within the main apartment, completely independent, and will welcome you with an entrance hall, double bedroom with anteroom, large bathroom with bathtub.
The two units are located on the same floor of the building (top floor).
The elevator will take you directly to the second and top floor.
Completely exposed beams and with wooden parquet flooring, they are equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, free wifi, flat-screen TV, electric blinds on the windows, courtesy set, and soft towels for the bathroom.
Conveniently located towards the city center or the outskirts of the city.
- Nearby public parking, or paid parking for €10 for 24 hours, with remote control.
- Supermarkets, essential shops, bars/patisseries right below the house;
- Restaurants and pizzerias in the surrounding area.
- We are 400 meters from the train station if you want to see Venice.
- 300 meters from the bus station if you want to see Jesolo, Asolo, Valdobbiadene, the land of Prosecco, the ancient villas in the surroundings, and all the beauties there are.
- We are 7 km from the Monigo rugby stadium.
Bicycles can be rented near the property.
If available, the use of bicycles is offered by the property.
The cleaning fee is €30 for the duration of the stay, to be paid upon arrival.
A crib for children aged 0 to 3 years is available upon request at a cost of €15 for the stay.

Nice to meet you, I'm Egle. In life I have traveled a lot for work, I love the theater and reading. They are also very dynamic: I love having the busy days, go out for breakfast or an aperitif, as they say: " I do things, I see people. "
Today, retired, it satisfies me very accommodating and meeting new people, trying to make their stay as pleasant as possible, what I wanted to find myself in my every trip. My husband agrees with me, in personal interests and, above all, the pleasure of making a thoughtful Innkeeper hospitality. We are in the historic center of a quiet town with everything within walking distance: cinema, theater, churches, important cultural sights, shops, supermarkets, cafes, hairdressers. .; a stone's throw from the station and 5 km. airport. Located between the Cathedral and the Cathedral, it is 500 meters from Piazza dei Signori and 10 minutes walk from the University. You can get off from home and allungarvi on a walk, or a bike ride (two available, free of charge).

Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento de luxe nel Marzo 2017 e consiglio la struttura.
Ottima posizione centrale, l'appartamento è dotato di arredamento elegante e funzionale.
La proprietaria è una persona di gentilezza squisita, attenta ad ogni bisogno dell'ospite.
La disponibilità delle biciclette rende ancora più comoda la conoscenza della città.
Ci tornerò senza alcun dubbio.

Ho soggiornato due notti nella camera Mini suite De Luxe. Bellissima camera, ben arredata, pulita, bagno grande con finestra.
I proprietari gentilissimi e pronti ad aiutarti per ogni esigenza. Posizione comoda, in centro; siamo andati a piedi in tutte le zone più caratteristiche! Grazie di tutto!

Posto meraviglioso, centrale, tenuto meravigliosamente dalla proprietaria che si contraddistingue per la sua gentilezza e cortesia dal momento della prenotazione all'arrivo in appartamento.

The owners gave us a warm welcome and are very helpful. The appartment is really big and i have never seen such a clean appartment. In a few minutes walk you reach all important points os Treviso. We had a more then pleasent stay an looking forward coming back again soon.

Il soggiorno, purtroppo brevissimo, è stato graditissimo: letto e cuscini finalmente comodi, pulizia eccellente, location deliziosa e l'ospitalità della signora Egle è stata eccezionale.
Ci siamo trovati davvero a nostro agio, e i consigli su dove mangiare e bere sono stati la ciliegina sulla torta.
Speriamo davvero di tornare quanto prima!

Wir waren im sehr wohnlichen "Mini-appartamento" mit luxuriösem Bad und herzlicher Aufnahme durch die Vermieter, Egle und Mario. Der Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt, auch ein kostenfreier Parkplatz war nicht allzuweit entfernt. Dass uns Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt wurden, fanden wir toll! Vielen Dank noch einmal.

Il mio soggiorno è stato splendido.
Appartamento di gran charme a due passi dal centro, completo di salotto con divano letto, cucina, camera da letto e bagno con arredamento di gran stile ed eleganza, perfetto per soggiorni lavorativi.
I proprietari, Egle e Mario, sono due persone fantastiche, affabili, generose ed ospitali dotate di grande cultura e classe: caratteristiche e valori che si ritrovano perfettamente nel loro bellissimo appartamento.
Mi hanno riservato un trattamento di altissimo livello, facendomi trovare sempre acqua, frutta fresca in camera e donandomi una bottiglia di ottimo prosecco alla mia partenza.

Non potevamo non fare una recensione a dei gestori così ospitali, ad un ambiente veramente perfetto in ogni suo particolare, e nella cura dei dettagli; sinceramente è proprio come trovarsi a casa propria.
