Great apartment, great host. Though no breakfast was included, we had coffee and tea available for free. The kitchen was very well equipped. Everything was very clean and bed linen and towels were changed, and garbage emptied during our stay. Thank you for the nice restaurant recommendations as well!

We spent 5 days at Stefi's B&B. What a great place, hidden in the middle of the shopping center of Lazise. Very quiet at night, not noisy during the day as well. Everything is clean, good bedroom with a good mattress, good private bathroom, enough towels. Very pleased with the air conditioning in the bedroom during hot summer days. There's also a kitchen to cook and use all the things you need to prepare a meal. In Lazise, there's a nice sandy beach only 20 minutes away on foot. We were very happy with this B&B, a good place to visit again. Thank you very much Stefi's from Diana and daughter Maureen from the Netherlands.

Struttura pulita e accogliente vicinissima al lago e in pieno centro storico pedonale.
Il parcheggio è fuori dalle mura ma molto comodo e il proprietario Stefano sia all'arrivo che alla partenza carica tutte le valigie sulla sua super bici, è disponibilissimo e molto gentile.
Il bagno e la cucina sono in comune con un'altra camera ma è tutto super pulito. La colazione è compresa ed è fai da te.
È il posto ideale per godersi il lago, fare le passeggiate, andare in bicicletta ed è a soli 10 minuti da Gardaland, caneva, parco natura viva, movieland.
Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Stefi's was very kind and attentive, every morning he let the breakfast table set for us without missing anything, we felt in a hotel.
The house was clean and organised.

Semplicemente perfetto, a due passi dal centro e dal lungo lago.
Ottima pulizia prese due stanze con bagno in comune, cucina spaziosa a disposizione per la colazione (fai da te) e volendo anche per preparare qualcosa per pranzo o cena.

Stefano é un ospite gentile, discreto e sempre disponibile. Il B&B gode di posizione strategica nel cuore di Lazise. Le due stanze condividono il bagno, tutto ben curato e pulito.

We stayed just one night at Stefi's, but we really enjoyed our time there and would totally come back! The B&B is really nice, comfortable and clean. B&B davvero ottimo (è già la seconda volta che vado lì) si trova al centro del paese, gestore disponibilissimo, posto pulito e soprattutto parcheggio compreso. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi vuole godersi a pieno il bellissimo paesino che è Lazise.

Sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Vermieter.
Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und wird täglich gereinigt.
Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz und Stefano hat sogar unser Gepäck transportiert.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral mitten in der Stadt.
In der Küche, in der das Frühstück hergerichtet war, kann man sich auch was zum Essen machen. Die Küche ist sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet.
Die Zimmer haben gute Matratzen.
Es gibt leider nur ein Zimmer mit Balkon.

Also uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Man ist mitten in der Stadt und bekommt viel vom italienischen Treiben mit. Wir haben uns in den Zimmer von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber und wurden auch tagtäglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück war für den Preis angemessen und war auch ausreichend. Auch die Pensionsleitung war total freundlich und sehr engagiert! Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

We spent 4 lovely days in Lazise in the end of summer. Stefi's bed and breakfast was just the perfect place to stay! Our room was nice and tidy and it had a balcony showing right on to the little alleys of the old town. With 2 Minutes walking distance to the lake I couldn't imagine any better location.
On top of that, Stefano and Stefi are very charming hosts. I got to try my little knowledge of the Italian language and Stefano was kind enough not to switch to Enlish immediately, as everyone else used to do once they hear me struggle;) He poited out the best restaurants in town - so that we were able to avoid what we call "tourist traps" in German and enjoyed great dinner every day.
The breakfast was Italian - with a diversity of sweet things - all arranged neatly by Stefano in the open kitchen at the bottom floor. Guest can also cook their own meals here, which we did for lunch sometimes.
In conclusion: we would recommend this B&B to everyone. A big thanks to Stefano for his warm welcome and for being a great host!

Wir haben 5 Nächte dort verbracht und waren vollends zufrieden! Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist optimal, man ist mitten in der Stadt und hat nur wenige Minuten bis zum Badestrand. Trotz der zentralen Lage war ea abends ab 11 Uhr ruhig auf den Straßen.
Das einizige was man besser machen könnte ost das Frühstück, ein paar frische Sachen wie Obst oder ein Frühstücksei wären toll.

10 su tutti i fronti, compresa la posizione. Reputo che, anche se non gode di vista lago, sia ubicato in una posizione piacevole, ricca di verde e alla giusta distanza dal caos del centro. Tutto perfetto. Ambiente pulito, bello e gestito con simpatia da una piacevole padrona di casa.

Coppia con un bimbo di tre anni e una bimba di un anno.
Siamo stati ospiti per una notte al B&B a maggio 2012.
La struttura è in pieno centro storico, nella zona pedonale. Ci hanno consigliato un parcheggio gratuito che si trova all’inizio di via San Martino che dista circa 600 metri dalla struttura: molto pratico!!
Al piano terra c’è la cucina. Un ampio locale con tv e una cucina attrezzata di tutto (anche sale, olio, zucchero, tovaglioli, tostapane, lavastoviglie, frigo). Qui viene servita un’abbondante colazione all’orario concordato con il titolare.
Abbiamo affittato entrambe le camere matrimoniali che si trovano al primo piano e che hanno il bagno in comune. Con la chiusura di una porta avevamo a disposizione “un piccolo appartamento” e i bambini potevano girare in tranquillità.
Le camere e il bagno sono state rinnovate di recente. Sono ampie e pulite. Il bagno è cieco.
Le foto e la descrizione del sito corrispondono alla realtà.
Il gestore è stato cortese e molto disponibile.
