Description
Holiday home with four rooms, two of which have a kitchenette and a second room with a double bed, suitable for families. Each room has a private bathroom, heating, air conditioning, and a TV.

St. Patrick's House is located above a British pub, famous for the quality of its beers and food.

We are 2 km away from Lake Garda and 1 km from Gardaland, as well as being close to other parks in Garda (Caneva, Movieland, Parco Sigurtà, Terme di Colà), and less than 20 km from the city of Verona.

Near the property, there is also a bus stop for direct buses to the lake and the city.

We can only be satisfied, very comfortable place for everything, perfect location, kindness and availability of the owners; there was a small initial problem, promptly solved, we travel often but we have to acknowledge that description and reality coincide and even exceed expectations. Praiseworthy. We stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms as 2 families with children: we were wonderfully. The place is beautiful and in a strategic position for any point of interest that can be a tourist, commercial, theme parks area. The rooms are spacious, bright, beautiful to see and well cared for in every detail, clean and equipped with every comfort. The courtyard is lovely. The owners are kind, helpful, professional and attentive to the details that make the difference. We live far away, but if we were to come back to this area we would choose it again.

We stayed 3 nights for a tour de force at Gardaland. What can I say, wonderful structure, clean as a mirror, magnificently furnished, strategically located just a stone's throw from the park. Owners very courteous and helpful, breakfast always ready and fresh every morning. A perfect 10, we will definitely come back.

Beautiful apartment complete with all comforts, hairdryer, towels, sheets, dishes, coffee/chocolate/tea machine. The owners, Mr. Armando and Mrs. Umberta, are lovely, very kind and helpful people, they treated us like family. They made us feel at home, pampered and loved! Moreover, there is a pub below the b&b where you can dine and drink wonderfully in a London pub theme. Rating 100 for everything... and even more.

Beautiful apartment complete with everything and very clean! Umberta, the owner, very kind and always available. Even the croissants in the morning were delicious! The b&b is in a very convenient location to reach Gardaland and the other towns around the lake! It was the second time we stayed here and it's always a guarantee! Everything perfect!

We stayed 3 nights. What to say, everything was perfect: the structure, the cleanliness, the welcoming, in short, excellent on all fronts. I stayed with my family in the apartment from the 5th to the 13th of July to visit the lake areas and enjoy the desired and beloved Gardaland, the latter just 5 minutes away by car (from the window we could see the tip of the roller coasters). The short distance from the amusement park was truly a blessing... after an intense day at Gardaland, getting behind the wheel for many kilometers to return home is not ideal. Fantastic experience, rarely do you find B&Bs at this level. Structure with brand new furnishings, soundproof windows, meticulous cleanliness, services, welcome, and perfect treatment for our entire stay. Street parking for cars, public and free, right below the B&B. We were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Umberta who pampered us throughout the period and at the same time with extreme professionalism respected our privacy, making us feel at home. She didn't let us miss anything... B&B with a hotel service. Coffee machine with various capsules for all tastes (coffee, tea, milk coffee, chocolate), welcome drinks, fresh croissants every morning, clean sheets and towels always available, air conditioning in the rooms. In short, we were amazed because we have never experienced such a scrupulous abundance of services from a B&B. The presence of a pub below our accommodation did not bother us at all... a pub also frequented by families with teenagers like ours... I must say, on the evening of the Italian victory at the European football championships, we also celebrated with the pub customers. In short, it was a beautiful experience and we will definitely return to this beautiful B&B. Thank you and see you soon Mrs. Umberta!

I have stayed several times at St. Patrick's House and will continue to do so in the future as soon as I have the chance. Perfect location to reach the various amusement parks, and close to Lake Garda, just a few minutes away by car. New, clean, and comfortable rooms, also in the room you will find everything you need to prepare tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and in the fridge you will find drinks at your disposal, also delicious brioche in various flavors. Excellent value for money. The owner of the property, Mrs. Umberta, is a truly exquisite and polite person. I highly recommend to all those who want to spend a few days of relaxation near Lake Garda or in the various amusement parks to stay in this wonderful property. The BEST!

We stayed during the Ferragosto period and, despite the influx, the staff was always available and reachable. Quiet, welcoming place, surrounded by well-kept greenery. Mrs. Umberta pampered us with her variety of coffee pods for the machine provided in our room and warm croissants in the morning. Very useful, for those interested, the Gardaland bus stop outside the property.

Although this bed and breakfast is located in a small hamlet, it is only a five-minute drive from the town of Peschiera del Garda, with the possibility of reaching all the renowned centers of southern Garda (Sirmione, Desenzano) and eastern Garda (Lazise, Bardolino, Garda) in a short time. The rooms, recently built, are excellently furnished and equipped. Located in a strategic area to reach all the main activities (you have everything within a few km radius). The rooms are really beautiful, attention to detail and very clean. We stayed in the apartment with four people and we had a great time. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the scented linens and towels in different colors. In the kitchen, we found everything we needed to make tea, coffee, and hot chocolate, and in the fridge, there were drinks available to us. And to top it all off, the lady made us find fresh brioches every morning and, on Easter morning, a beautiful package of little eggs with wishes. The owners are exceptional and helpful people. The location is very convenient to reach the lake in a short time.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2notti nella mansarda (5/6posti) molto carina, pulita e arredata con gusto. la struttura ha un bel giardino profumatissimo è un terrazzo piccolino, molto romantico. ogni mattina la titolare, Signora Umberta porta le brioche fresche artigianali scelte un giorno prima. La colazione si può preparare il tipico espresso italiano. Purtroppo non c'è un angolo cottura per poter riscaldare il latte oppure fare una tisana ma penso che chiedendo si risolve tutto. Grande accoglienza e disponibilità (visto il nostro orario d'arrivo alle 23.30). Abbiamo trovato l'aria condizionata accesa e un frigo bar di benvenuto. alla fine abbiamo ricevuto anche una sorpresa dolce da parte della signora per la felicità della nostra piccola. Consiglio veramente la struttura per la posizione, pulizia, eleganza dei ambienti e il prezzo!

Noi abbiamo effettuato il soggiorno nella mansarda. La struttura è a conduzione familiare e i proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. La mansarda è molto ordinata ed ha un terrazzino molto carino. La posizione è fantastica perché rimane in una posizione tranquilla ma a 10 minuti dai parchi. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Abbiamo deciso di dare un bel 10 a questa struttura, perché dopo aver girato parecchio, soprattutto lungo le rive del lago Garda, possiamo senza alcun dubbio dire che di appartamenti così puliti e spaziosi, arredati con buon gusto e comunque molto funzionali per famiglie con bambini, non ne abbiamo mai trovati. Tutto è al proprio posto, ogni stanza è dotata di tv ed ampie finestre. L’appartamento dove abbiamo soggiornato era molto ampio e luminoso e l’aria condizionata ci ha permesso di riposare al top, anche nelle giornate più calde! La signora Umberta è una padrona di casa impeccabile, una presenza discreta e molto attenta alle esigenze dell’ospite, le brioches freschissime tutte le mattine sono state la ciliegina sulla torta. Sicuramente torneremo.

Ho soggiornato nella camera matrimoniale per due notti. La stanza è spaziosa, pulitissima e raffinata. Anche il bagno è perfetto. Ottima la colazione, con la lista delle brioches che la proprietaria consegna alla mattina, fresche fresche di forno. Buona anche la posizione, ideale per spostarsi nelle località vicine o per raggiungere Gardaland.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella Mansarda una sola notte. Eravamo 4 adulti e una bambina e devo dire che ci siamo trovati estremamente bene. La mansarda è molto ben arredata e davvero confortevole. Entrando nel cancello c'è un bellissimo giardino che crea una bella atmosfera di tranquillità. La mansarda dispone di una camera matrimoniale con bagno e di un'altra camera in cui ci sono tre letti singoli unita al soggiorno con divano e televisione. C'è l'angolo colazione con macchina del caffè. L'appartamento dispone anche di un bellissimo balconcino. La signora che ci ha accolti è stata molto carina e gentile e non ci ha fatto mancare niente: la mattina ci ha fatto trovare dei cornetti freschi fuori dalla porta comprati da lei stessa e ci ha messo a disposizione alcune bevande fresche non a pagamento (succo, coca cola e acqua). Consigliatissimo anche per chi va a Gardaland, perché è a meno di 10 minuti di macchina. Prezzo davvero basso per chi va in gruppo soprattutto per la struttura e il sevizio ricevuto.

È il secondo anno che soggiorno in questo bed and breakfast con la mia famiglia e devo dire che ogni anno mi trovo sempre meglio. Abbiamo soggiornato in entrambi gli appartamenti e devo dire che sono veramente spaziosi comodi puliti e arredati con gusto e qualità. Sono dotati di tutti i servizi necessari: condizionatore, stoviglie per chi vuole usare l'angolo cottura, caffè, the, cioccolata, succhi, acqua e ottime brioches sempre freschissima tutte le mattine. Veramente gentili e cortesi i proprietari, non ti fanno mai mancare nulla e sempre super disponibili. In quanto la posizione molto molto vicino a Peschiera e ai parchi. Un ottimo punto strategico per andare a visitare i vari paesi del lago rimanendo lontano dal caos e dal traffico. Consigliatissimo.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend a Gardaland ed il B&B St. Patrick's House si è rivelato l'ideale per il nostro breve soggiorno. Ogni cosa era al suo posto, un ordine ed un decoro disarmante con dettagli e rifiniture impeccabili. Sarei rimasto volentieri altri giorni. I gestori splendidi ed accoglienti ci hanno fatto trovare l'appartamento provvisto di asciugamani e biancheria dal gusto raffinato e profumato, saponi, detergenti, caffè, bevande e tutto il necessario per la prima colazione. Dormire in quel genere di letti senza la presenza di pressioni è stato rigenerante soprattutto dopo la stanchezza di un'intera giornata in giro. 10 mi sembra il minimo per la qualità ed un prezzo a dir poco onesto. Sicuramente tornerò a trascorrerci altri weekend.

Abbiamo soggiornato al St. Patrick House in una mansarda arredata con stile, ambiente luminoso e sopratutto una pulizia eccellente. Colazione con paste freschissime e buonissime. I proprietari della struttura sono persone gentilissime e disponibili. Degno di nota l'arredamento e il terrazzino sopra i tetti della corte. Molto buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo e la vicinanza ai parchi e a vari punti di interesse. Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno in questa struttura.

Abbiamo trovato tramite internet questa casa vacanze ed abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento più grande (quello da euro 120). Entrando da un massiccio portone in legno, pare di trovarsi nel giardino di "Alice nel paese delle meraviglie", un grazioso e fiorito angolo di relax dove oltre al profumo dei fiori si viene allietati dal cinguettio degli uccellini. Salendo una breve scala si accede ad un piacevole ed ampio terrazzo attrezzato dove noi abbiamo fatto colazione al mattino. L'appartamento è pulitissimo! Entrando da un piccolo spazio cottura (fornito di tutto il necessario) si accede al soggiorno, poi alla prima camera matrimoniale, quindi alla seconda camera matrimoniale ed infine all'ampio bagno (con vasca e con doccia). Gli asciugamani sono profumatissimi! Tutto stupendo..Umberta e suo marito sono disponibili e gentili! Facilità di parcheggio e diversi servizi a pochi metri (piccolo supermarket, farmacia, edicola, tabaccheria, pub, ufficio postale, trattoria,...). Posizione strategica sia per i parchi divertimento che per il Lago di Garda (Sirmione, Peschiera, Lazise, ecc.) e vicinissimo all'uscita autostradale di Peschiera. Un posto da tornare e da consigliare agli amici!

Pulizia e gusto caratterizzano questo bell'appartamento a pochi minuti da Gardaland. La proprietaria è stata gentile e disponibile. Particolarmente apprezzate le bibite fresche trovate nel frigorifero e le brioches appena sfornate dalla pasticceria per colazione. PLUS: Superlativo anche il pub stile inglese appena sotto alla location che permette di mangiare e bere senza effettuare trasferimenti in macchina. Grazie di tutto, torneremo sicuramente!

Ho soggiornato per una notte presso la mansarda del St Patrick con mio marito ed i nostri tre figli, siamo stati benissimo. Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti nella camera matrimoniale e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La camera è molto bella, spaziosa, pulita e con arredamenti e rifiniture nuovissime. Anche il bagno pulitissimo e con una bella doccia spaziosa. Altri punti in più per l'assortimento di asciugamani morbidi e profumatissimi, cosa rara da trovare, anche negli hotel stellati. Bravi! Per la colazione in camera, si trova a disposizione una macchina/bollitore con varie cialde, fette biscottate, marmellate e biscotti. Inoltre la proprietaria ci ha fatto trovare al mattino delle brioches fresche. È presente anche un minifrigor con alcune bottigliette d'acqua e bibite (graditissimo e indispensabile nei periodi di alta stagione). Il B&B si trova in un'ottima posizione, vicinissimo a tutti i paesi e le zone più belle del lago come Sirmione, Desenzano, Peschiera, Bardolino ecc.. Inoltre è a pochi minuti d'auto dai parchi divertimenti di Gardaland, Caneva, Movieland ecc.. I gestori si sono mostrati accoglienti, gentili e molto disponibili, soprattutto per quanto riguarda gli orari di arrivo/partenza, lasciandoci la possibilitá di gestire al meglio il nostro tempo. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi cerca un'ottimo alloggio nei pressi del Lago di Garda. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'ampia e comoda mansarda di questo delizioso b/b. Lo consigliamo vivamente alle famiglie che vogliono andare a Gardaland senza spendere troppo: è vicinissimo e comodo da raggiungere, pulito e silenzioso, ampio e confortevole. Nel bagno è presente anche un phon non specificato sul sito. La proprietaria è gentilissima e fa di tutto per rendere il soggiorno indimenticabile: ha aggiunto una brandina ai 5 letti già presenti (per non far dormire scomodi i miei due figli più piccoli) e la seconda mattina è riuscita persino a procurarci una ciambella krapfen per mio figlio che non mangia i cornetti! Non do il massimo dei voti alla struttura solo perché manca l'ascensore per permettere l'accesso ai disabili, ma per il resto è tutto perfetto!

Dopo esserci imbattuti con mio marito è mie due figli "piccoli", in un appartamento a dir poco squallido! Che dalle recensioni sembrava fosse ok?! Avevamo quasi rinunciato al soggiorno a Castelnuovo del Garda vista anche l'ora (21: 00) e fare ritorno a casa (La Spezia), poi abbiamo trovato sul sito di casa vacanza l'appartamento presso Patrick's House! Che dire ! Spettacolare nn solo perché nonostante la nostra chiamata dell'ultimo minuto la proprietaria, gentile, educata, cortese e molto elegante ci ha accolti come se ci aspettasse da ordinaria prenotazione, ma l'appartamento è molto raffinato ben rifinito, accogliente ma soprattutto Pulitissimo! Quando faremo ritorno a Castelnuovo del Garda, ci soggiorneremo sicuramente di nuovo !

Struttura molto bella come anche l'arredamento dell'appartamento che avevamo a disposizione. Quest'ultimo era nuovissimo ed arredato in maniera molto fine con un bellissimo abbinamento di colori. Buona ed abbondante la colazione (cornetti freschi e varietà di bevande a capsule che puoi preparare con la macchinetta dentro l'appartamento; tra l'altro la signora, gentilissima e disponibile, chiede la preferenza del gusto dei cornetti che si vogliono ricevere la mattina per colazione). Io e il mio ragazzo cercavamo un alloggio per una notte poiché dovevamo andare a Gardaland. Girando su internet abbiamo trovato questa casa vacanza, che dalle foto ci era piaciuta molto; poiché non abbiamo trovato nessuna recensione eravamo un po' dubbiosi, ma convinti dalle foto e dal prezzo molto conveniente abbiamo prenotato. Appena siamo arrivati, la proprietaria ci ha accolto calorosamente e parlando ci ha detto che la struttura é aperta da poco più di tre mesi (ecco perché non avevamo trovato recensioni). La stanza é esattamente come nelle foto, design raffinato ed essenziale, pulitissimo, la doccia meravigliosa, letto nuovissimo e comodissimo, tv con digitale. All'interno della stanza é presente una macchinetta del caffè con relative cialde, accompagnate da vari biscotti, nutella, marmellata, nonché la padrona di casa di buon mattino ci ha lasciato attaccata alla maniglia di camera nostra un sacchetto con due cornetti freschi con crema di pistacchio (buonissimi). Consigliatissimo anche come zona, 5 minuti da Gardaland, nonché al lago di Garda. Speriamo vivamente di tornarci presto per una vacanza più lunga.
