Description

Spagna B&B, so convenient in the center of Verona, so close to the Fair.

SPAGNA B&B is very convenient in the center of Verona (only 2 km) and close to the Fair (400 m). It is easy to reach: the station is only 800 m away, the motorway 3 km away and the airport less than 6 km away.

We have a bed & breakfast with two rooms with double bed or single beds, a shared bathroom and a spacious kitchen for the breakfast buffet.

Furthermore, in tourist rental (CIN IT023091B4HQTPSQXG), we have two other rooms with double bed or single beds, private bathroom and a sitting room for reading. Coffee or tea.

A comfortable cot is available for the little ones. Free Wi-Fi and car parking.

Our bed and breakfast is located very close to the Fair (450 m) and just a few minutes from the center of Verona (2 km) and the nearby hospitals. It is easily accessible by public transportation and there is a bike and pedestrian path that leads directly to the city center. The train station is less than 800 m away and the airport is only 6 km away.

Good location due to the proximity to Porta Nuova Station,but you can still hear a bit of street noise even though the exposure faces inward. Spacious and comfortable room. Renovated and spacious bathroom with large windows. I would perhaps replace the front door with one without glass,because despite the curtain the corridor light is visible and you still have the feeling of being seen from outside. The self-service breakfast is an excellent solution for those,like me,who are just passing through. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Ideal,even perfect for those traveling by bike.

Everything went well. Close to the station. Since we had bicycles, we could easily reach the center, which is still a bit far away. The breakfast was very simple, but okay. It's positive that you could have breakfast at any time because everything was prepared. We only saw the owners during check-in, but they were very nice. Room large and with a balcony overlooking the street. Good that there was air conditioning. The shared bathroom was also very large and clean. The price-quality ratio was very good. I can recommend it!

The room was nice, spacious and clean. However, I have to admit that I was lucky as otherwise I could have shared it (in total there were 3 beds and I was alone). The bathroom was huge and clean. Breakfast was also nice with a lot of variety. The location is nice for those who want to be close to the train station, but is not in the city center, which of course can be reached with public transport as well.

Very nice B&B, it is 5 minutes by bus from Verona Porta Nuova train station. The host Carlo is a very hospitable man. It really feels like being at home.

Structure located behind the Porta Nuova station, easily reachable in about 20 minutes on foot, or in less than 10 minutes by bus. I was greeted by the very kind Carlo. The room is located inside a courtyard, away from the noises of the street and there is everything that can be useful for a short stay. Although not expected, there is also the possibility to have a good self-service breakfast, with coffee, tea, toast, jam, fruit juice, and brioches. Highly recommended B&B, at a great price compared to the city's average.

It is a nice B&B, the breakfast is a bit sparse, no sandwiches or savory toppings, and it is a half-hour walk from the center. However, very friendly people and really very clean and tidy.

Our room was located in the former guest room of a private apartment, where someone has lived recently. The room was clean, but directly on a noisy street. Breakfast consisted of ready-made food for self-service.

Quiet, clean place, close to the center but very close to the fair for me. I came back this year because it really deserved it. With a parking space inside the gate in a courtyard with plants. The manager very cordial and affable. Clean bathroom close to the room. Breakfast with plenty of variety to feast on. Price affordable for everyone. In short, worth going back on the occasion.

Ideal location for proximity to the fair and the train station. The furnishing is a bit dated and the proximity to a slightly busy avenue, but everything is air-conditioned, spacious, with a small garden and a fenced and protected parking space, well-stocked pantry even though there was a bit of a lack of the "salty" part but compensated by the abundance of sweet. Very clean place. Very kind, hospitable and friendly hosts. Overall, an excellent experience that I will definitely consider for future trade events.
