Area San Zeno

The neighborhood of S. Zeno is located in a strategic position while still being close to the historic center.

The main square is the Basilicata of San Zeno, and Piazza Corrubio is full of nightlife with taverns, pizzerias, restaurants, and ice cream parlors.

There is free parking at Porta Palio, which is 6 minutes away from the B&B. From the train station, you can take bus 32 or 33, with the nearest stop being at Via Aurelio Saffi 19.

It is a 14 km walk from the train station, which takes about 18 minutes.

There is paid parking near the property from 8 am to 8 pm, costing 1€ per hour.

The airport shuttle departs every 20 minutes until 11:30 pm, taking you to Porta Nuova station.

We booked one night at this property and would like to leave a review to thank Mrs. Amabile for the care she shows in welcoming guests. The room was spotless, the bathroom perfect, and the location convenient for reaching the historic center. In fact, we left the car inside the courtyard in complete safety. Small, very well-kept place, brand new and very clean, equipped with everything and very quiet. Perfect area for a nice walk to reach the historic center. Mrs. Amabile is extremely helpful and kind. I will definitely return.

We stayed for one night. All wonderful, very clean room and extremely kind owner. The owner also left us some snacks and biscuits for breakfast. Recommended.

We stayed on New Year's Eve in the standard double room. The owner is very kind and always available. Also, not having breakfast included, she left us many snacks, drinks, a kettle for teas and coffee. The room was very clean and beautiful. The location is excellent because it is very close to the Arena.

We stayed one night in the standard double room. The rooms were clean, tidy, and warm, nothing was missing, and there was the possibility to adjust the heating in both the room and the bathroom. The bed was particularly comfortable thanks to the presence of the topper! The owner, kind and helpful, left us snacks, drinks, and a kettle with coffee and herbal teas even though breakfast was not included. The property is easily reachable on foot from the station and is a short distance from the center.

I stayed for two days with my husband for an event at the Arena. We had a great time, the room was well-equipped, clean, and quiet. The manager, Amabile, is a truly delightful lady, attentive to details and courtesies for the guests. Unfortunately, the breakfast service was not yet active, but I highly recommend it and will definitely return with my family.

Very cozy room, recently renovated and perfectly clean. Air conditioning is available and all the shutters are electric. Very close location both to the center of Verona and to Verona Porta Nuova station. The owner is very kind and cheerful. Recommended.
