We have 5 apartments available in a historic building from the 18th century, located in a very central position just a few meters from the Arena and Juliet and Romeo's balcony. They will give you the opportunity to fully enjoy all the opportunities that Verona and its center offer.
The apartments have recently been renovated and equipped with a spacious shower with chromotherapy. All furniture and appliances are new. All beds (including extra ones) are orthopedic and have slats.
Given our ten years of experience, we have tried to offer all the comforts and meet all your needs to make you feel at home.
They are equipped with air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet, kitchen, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, microwave, some even have a washing machine, clothes horse, and iron.
They come complete with all bathroom accessories (shampoo, body cream, slippers, hairdryer) and kitchen supplies (oil, salt, etc.).
Inside, you will find informative brochures about the city and a map of Verona. We also provide guests with books, tourist guides, and magazines.
You will never need a car. It's a true vacation from the stress of traffic, as you can do everything on foot from here.
We are located in the historic center, 100 meters from the Arena and Piazza San Nicolò, in a parallel street to Via Mazzini. In a few minutes' walk, you can reach Juliet and Romeo's balcony and Piazza Erbe. It is ideal during concert season but also simply for visiting the city, given the central location. Every corner of these streets will make you raise your eyes and observe splendid historical artifacts from different periods. In addition to the architectural aspect, you will find yourself in the heart of shopping streets and nightlife.
During trade fairs, it is just as convenient to leave the car and easily reach the fairgrounds without encountering traffic and parking problems, thanks to free shuttles.
A few meters away (Piazza Brà), there are bus and taxi stops. However, we can also put you in touch with a private car service with a driver who will take you directly to the apartment.

Since I was a child, I have been "taught" to travel. I don't enjoy being sedentary. Thanks to my family, friends, studies, and later on, work, I have visited countless cities in Italy and abroad. In 2000, during a European trip, I discovered the fantastic world of B&Bs and holiday apartments. Thanks to my parents' "hospitality culture," I have been collaborating with my mother in managing a B&B for over 12 years, with great satisfaction.
Having young children has slowed down my traveling a bit, but the pleasure of meeting people from different places and cultures still gives me the lightness and joy of escapism. That's why I opened my own establishment.
It is wonderful to interact with new people every day and make their vacations, or their time in general, special by trying to fulfill all their needs. I hope that their experience in my beautiful city becomes an unforgettable and pleasant memory.

We stayed only for one night here (too bad, we would have gladly stayed much longer). Perfect location to visit the city, kind and helpful staff, both by phone and in person. Everything perfect!
