Our B&B is located in the Venice lagoon near the beaches of Cavallino Treporti. An oasis surrounded by animals and nature where you can escape from the chaos. We have carefully and personally renovated the house, keeping its old soul, following the philosophy of recycling and no waste. For breakfasts, we use local products respecting seasonality and animal welfare.

We are people who love being outdoors, surrounded by nature and animals. Amos, having been born here, has a strong connection with the water and loves sailing and the lagoon. Jana comes from the Bavarian mountains and loves animals, particularly horses. Here, you can also come with your own horse and take walks on the beach during the off-season. This place has brought together our passions with the intention of sharing them with our guests.

Privileged location, overlooking the splendid Venice Lagoon where it is possible to enjoy spectacular sunsets. The property is on the famous cycling path suspended over the lagoon, which is also a starting point for many cycling routes. The beach can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 2 minutes by car. It is possible to choose between free beaches, equipped beaches, and beaches where you can bring your dogs. Venice can be easily reached from Punta Sabbioni, which is 10 minutes by car. In a few minutes by car, you can reach the famous tourist destination of Jesolo, which offers entertainment and a wide choice of bars and shops.
