Description
The apartment is located in the center of Venice, near the Campo San Giacomo dall'Orio one of the most typical and charming squares of the city.

In the historical center, near Rialto and other major attractions, is within easy walking distance from the railway station from the bus, or ferry through at Riva de Blasio, located a short walk from the apartment.

The rooms, recently restored, are large (21mq) and are bright with two large windows overlooking a typical street. It can accommodate two or three people in comfort and is equipped with a double bed with the possibility of adding a third bed. A corner with a sofa, also will welcome you for your moments of relaxation.

The apartment is equipped with TV, internet access wi-fi, heating, air conditioning. You can use the kitchen for meals. Ideally located Very peacefulIdeally located.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 14 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 13 to 12 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 11 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

The apartment is very spacious and convenient with everything you need on a short city trip to beautiful Venice! It is situated very close to the train station and is within easy walking distance to the city center. A supermaket as well as cafés and restaurants are nearby. Our host was very nice and helpful! We would definately return to this apartment in the future. We had a great time!

Appartamento ampio e ben tenuto. La posizione è strategica in quanto si trova in una zona tranquilla e facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione (a piedi solo 10 minuti). Gian Maria il proprietario è stato sempre molto disponibile oltre che veloce a rispondere e a fornire tutte le informazioni necessarie e buoni consigli. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, consigliato!

La scelta è caduta su questo B&B vista la posizione strategica vicino alla stazione, scelta eccellente, ma ancora di più lo è stata per la disponibilità di Gian il titolare che sin dal primo momento ci ha contattati per metterci d'accordo sull'arrivo. L'appartamento perché di questo di tratta è spazioso, silenzioso, ci si sente come a casa! Quando torniamo a Venezia, torniamo da Gian!
