The property is located in a very quiet area but also very convenient to the center, with spacious rooms and particularly well-kept in detail, including cleanliness. The added value comes from Francesca and her mother, who know how to welcome the guest with warmth, kindness, and care. We arrived on Valentine's Day and in the evening we found a nice surprise in the room, a delicate and much appreciated thought. It's the second time we spend a few days of vacation in Peschiera, the second time we stay overnight in this property and we will continue to come back. I recommend it to everyone!

Incredibly kind and helpful staff. Simple, welcoming, well-furnished, pleasant and spacious structure. Very bright rooms, beautiful colors and equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, WiFi and even a kettle with cups and many varieties of tea available. The location is definitely strategic, very close to the station, reachable on foot in 2 minutes but without unpleasant noises, and 500 meters from the center, reachable on foot in a few minutes, very pleasant walk. Also close to essential facilities (supermarkets, banks, post offices etc...) and the Bed & Breakfast offers a list of places to eat with a 10% discount. Excellent choice both as accommodation for a holiday on Lake Garda and as a base for a day at Gardaland (the free shuttle every half hour leaves from the station). Also provided are free and monitored parking, a bicycle rental point and tickets for Gardaland. Breakfast is served buffet-style and in Italian style, mainly sweet specialties (but also some savory foods), both homemade and not. Water dispenser always available, great juices and especially great pastries. In addition, the staff provides many hot drinks, from cappuccino to tea to coffee. Abundant, good and genuine, it can be consumed either on a covered terrace or outdoors, both environments are very cute and welcoming. In conclusion, more than recommended from every point of view, I can't find any flaws, especially for the quality-price ratio.

The recommended guesthouse "Rooms & Breakfast Il Punto" is located in Peschiera del Garda, Italy, and has an ideal location: in a quiet area on a barely trafficked street, yet only a few minutes' walk from the train station (with connections to Verona and Milan, etc. and bus connections to Verona). A big plus is the very abundant and good breakfast in buffet style, by Italian standards. The rooms all face the back and are large, brand new equipped and renovated, and very clean. The price (for us in May 2019: 90 euros per night) for accommodation and breakfast offers a good value despite the generally overpriced level of Lake Garda. And the picturesque town of Peschiera del Garda is the ideal starting point for exploring the southern Lake Garda and the nearby cities of Verona, Vicenza, and Padua, as well as for trips to the nearby amusement parks Gardaland and Movieland.

The room was spacious, clean, well-furnished, equipped with air conditioning. We also had a small hidden kitchen inside the room. Abundant breakfast served on the beautiful covered terrace. Natural and sparkling water dispenser available to guests. Optimal location for visiting both Peschiera because it's close to the center, and Gardaland because it's close to the station where shuttles also depart. Free parking available to guests. Francesca and her mother are uniquely courteous and helpful.

Located in a perfect area, just a few steps from the historic center and the lake, close to Gardaland and the renowned thermal facilities of Verona. Francesca, the host, is extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed for one night in the turtledove room, brand new, spacious, bright, tastefully furnished. Beautiful bathroom with a large shower. Kitchenette also equipped with a kettle and a set of various teas. Water in the dispenser in the room always available (still and sparkling). Abundant breakfast: pastries and croissants, fresh fruit, juices, bread, jams and chocolate, hot drinks prepared on the spot by Francesca... everything. Cleaning deserves a perfect score. I hope I haven't forgotten anything. Despite our stay being only for one day, we felt at home. Highly recommended.

This Rooms & Breakfast Il Punto has everything; it is in a perfect area, a few steps from the historic center and friendliness can be said to be at home. Francesca welcomed us with open arms, she was really nice and available to answer our questions. Even though our stay was only for one day, we felt at home. The room's cleanliness is excellent, with a beautiful bathroom. This structure, despite being a B&B, is much better than many hotels I have been to. My partner and I hope to be able to return soon to stay here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The owners, mother and daughter, are really very kind and attentive, it was a few nice days at Lake Garda. Very central and very clean *****.

Very pleasant stay in this beautiful house, very well-equipped rooms, in a quiet street in front of a small park. No parking issues. Discreet and very attentive hosts! In short, an ideal stay in this beautiful region. Highly recommended! We will come back!

The hosts were very gracious and helpful. The restaurant recommendations were excellent. The rooms were very clean and roomy. We appreciated a shower with doors that closed fully. The weather turned warm early so the a/c did not work. Otherwise it was very comfortable and would return.

We stayed in this beautiful property for just one night and we said to ourselves, what a pity! Because it's really a beautiful B&B, cared for down to the smallest detail. Excellent hospitality received, abundant and good breakfast. Convenient for the center which is reached by a 10-minute walk and very close to the departure point of the shuttle to Gardaland. Highly recommended.

We had a great time, welcoming structure and helpful and kind staff. Furniture practically renovated, complete and very comfortable. Everything great.

Good morning, this structure was really a nice discovery. Mrs. Flavia proved to be a truly kind woman and lover of taste and refinement. Just look at the room furnishings and the attention to detail in the color combinations without neglecting their functionality. Breakfast is simple but not poor, indeed, we tasted homemade and genuine sweets. Also Francesca, Flavia's daughter, contributes with grace and discretion. In short, my family and I would return immediately or as soon as possible.. because "Rooms & Breakfast Il Punto" is our valid reference point. Daniele Caldarola and family.

I have been on vacation with a friend and the girls. We found ourselves wonderfully well, the owners are very kind and very hospitable, the structure is new, well maintained, neat and very clean. The location is strategic because of its proximity to the station and the departure of buses for the parks. I will definitely come back.

Very very lovely there. The staff is very helpful all the time.

I stayed with my family at this establishment. The immediate clean scent upon first entry is striking, leading to a very sober yet elegant room, where every object is chosen with taste: paintings, lights, furnishings, curtains, everything in short. The kindness of the owners makes you feel comfortable right away. Very professional also towards the little ones. Strategic location just steps from the station and downtown, very quiet away from noise. We will gladly return.

Everything is there. The welcome, the services, the comfort, the cleanliness, the bedding, very comfortable. The kettle and its teas and infusions, the hairdryer, which is not very common. The location of the B&B near the train station and not far from the lake of course. Also the quietness. I recommend it to anyone. I will definitely go back during my next stay in Peschiera.

Ruby Red Valentine. We finally managed to return to this beautiful B&B, in the red room, where we had already spent a wonderful weekend months ago. The romantic atmosphere of this room was intensified by a gift from Mrs. Flavia, who had strawberries and prosecco waiting for us in the room! And what can I say about the Mon Chéri cake served at breakfast. I can't wait to go back (surely soon).

We spent a night here, found by chance! Strategic position just one minute from the Peschiera train station and ten minutes on foot from the center. This structure deserves full marks for the cleanliness of the rooms, attention to detail, and kindness of the staff. The sweet and savory breakfast is very rich in buffet style. The furnishings are modern and well-kept, especially in our room which also had a small living room with a wardrobe/kitchen that, given the short duration of our stay, we could not use.\n\nFresh fruit, candies, and a water dispenser are always available!\nOne suggestion: a richer bathroom kit to match the other comforts of the structure.\n\nMrs. Flavia is very kind and helpful; she even drove us to the center with her car!\nWe will return.

The location of the establishment is excellent, close to the train station and the main centers of the lake. The environment is new, equipped with parking, well-maintained and clean. Mrs. Flavia is very helpful. Absolutely recommended.

I chose it for its location just a few steps away to spend a day at Gardaland. In reality, it turned out to be an excellent structure in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality, absolutely recently renovated (in fact, the last details are being finalized). The friendliness and hospitality of Flavia make the stay perfect. Convenient for those traveling by train and for those arriving by car. The center of Peschiera is pleasantly and easily reachable on foot in a few minutes. Gardaland can be reached with the free shuttle bus leaving from the station, allowing you to get to the park in just a few minutes, right at the main entrance. Lastly, the proximity to Verona makes this B&B truly interesting for those who want to spend a few days in that area. If I am in that area again, it will definitely be the first point of reference.

Excellent. I have already booked for next year. Just a few dozen meters from the station and well connected to the main cities in the area. The property is brand new and tastefully furnished. Inside, there is a fragrant area of cleanliness and the rooms are equipped with all comforts. Flavia, the owner, is truly delightful and will amaze you with five-star breakfasts. I recommend it to everyone, just make sure to leave a room for me for the next Vinitaly.
