Comfortable apartment in a great location just outside the center, still reachable in a few minutes on foot. Parking space inside the gate, so very secure. Mrs. Cinzia is very kind and helpful. She provided us with a larger apartment than the one booked, at the same price, because the other one had not been cleaned yet. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything. We couldn't have asked for more.

Mrs. Cinzia is a special person, kind and very attentive to the needs and requests that are made to her. You can't find better. The house is welcoming, nothing is missing, and it is located near the center and the most important services.

Excellent location of the property that embraces important points of the city of Padua. For us, it was possible to have the hospitals within walking distance, as well as the Basilica of Saint Anthony. Excellent welcome and availability of the staff. Excellent cleanliness of the premises, a nice bathroom. We hope to be back soon as tourists.

Cozy and clean apartment, equipped with all services and in an excellent location both to reach the city center and for those who have relatives hospitalized at the Policlinico hospital in Padova. Mrs. Cinzia is a very discreet person but present to satisfy the needs of guests, truly helpful and friendly. I recommend it to everyone.

Simply perfect, every stay should take an example from the professionalism and humanity of Cinzia, a person like few you encounter nowadays, so I thank her again. The structure is very comfortable, warm, very familiar, that's why my partner and I had a great time, nothing is missing at home and all the accessories are new and even better kept. The apartment, in case of cold, heats up in less than three minutes. What can I say, really satisfied, also for the location, once you park the car (private parking with the gate of Residenza Tartini), you don't have to touch it anymore because of the close proximity to everything. I would also like to give a vote for accepting our furry friends, showing her great kindness. As for the quality/price, I think it's perfect for the service the residence offers. I highly recommend it to anyone planning to stay in Padua. Thank you Cinzia.

The property is in a great location for the hospital, the center, and for easily taking transportation to the station. It has all the services necessary for a comfortable and cozy stay that conveys a homely atmosphere. Completing the picture is Cinzia, a very kind host who made the stay very pleasant.

Very cozy, comfortable, and functional apartment, centrally located, excellent position for exploring the city on foot, bus stops within walking distance, easily accessible from the train station. We couldn't have found anything better for our short vacation in Padua. Highly recommended.

Overall excellent apartments, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay and with good living spaces. Close to all the main services: bakery, supermarket, newsagent, tobacconist, pizzeria with home delivery. Excellent location for its proximity to the hospital, reachable in a few minutes on foot. Good proximity to the center: with a 10-minute walk you reach the Basilica of Sant'Antonio, in 15 to Prato della Valle, 15/20 minutes to the city center. Highly appreciated, for those who use a car, the possibility of parking. For those who prefer public transport, bus stop a few meters from home.
